A pair of Victorian novelty silver salt and pepper sifters in the form of owls, George John Richards & Edward Charles Brown, London 1866, with glass eyes, standing 7.5cm tall. (2) CONDITION REPORT: 91g gross. Each have some dents to their heads, resulting in one example having a rather flat head. The dents could be carefully pushed out from inside, I suspect. Otherwise they are in good condition. The hallmarks are crisp on both examples.

A silver open face pocket watch signed Grant London and numbered 4418, case hallmarked London 1872, dial with later hands and lacking subsidiary seconds hand, the verge single-fusee movement signed John Peterkin, London and numbered 1000, case 49mm, (a/f). CONDITION REPORT: Opening the case caused the glass to fall out of the front. The movement cover is also rather temperamental and does not snap on fully.
