They each fasten with a hook-over catch, with a figure-of-eight safety clasp. They are hallmarked with maker`s mark `GJLd`, London (import), the necklace in 1965 and the bracelet in 1972. A Pair of Onyx and Diamond Drop Earrings, an old cut diamond in a white collet setting suspends a cup set with rose cut diamonds, holding a polished onyx drop, with post fittings for pierced ears, drop length 4.9cm The earrings are in good condition. They bear no hallmark, nor stamps, but in our opinion the fittings would test as gold and silver. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; caratweight 0.25, colour I/J/K, clarity SI2/I1/I2. Gross weight 8.0 grams. CR made 16th January 2013

A Silver Enamelled Brooch, by Charles Horner, the Art Nouveau form decorated with blue and green enamel, measures 3.7cm by 2.3cm The brooch is in good condition. It fastens with a pin and hook catch. It is hallmarked with maker`s mark `CH`, Chester, 1909. Gross weight 5.4 grams. CR made 29th January 2013

A Turquoise Set Diadem, of scrolling form, graduated to the centre point, with a spray of cabochon turquoise on wires to the centre, with an elasticated cord to the back section, measures 7.9cm in height The diadem is in fair condition. Some stones are missing (approximately 15-20). The central wires are a little out of shape. It is stamped `800` and in our opinion would test as Continental silver gilt. Gross weight 60 grams approximately. CR made 22nd January 2013.

A Turquoise, Pearl and Diamond Pendant, floral motifs of rose cut diamonds and seed pearls, spaced by foliate designs set with rose cut diamonds, four cabochon turquoise details, in an open and wirework frame, measures 3.8cm by 4.6cm The pendant is in good condition. It bears no hallmark, but in our opinion it would test as silver and gold. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; caratweight 0.30 carat, colour I/J/K, clarity SI2/I1/I2. Gross weight 9.8 grams. CR made 15th January 2013

A Pair of Victorian Silver Plated Table Centrepiece Stands, circa 1880, each modelled as an animated Italian greyhound on a rocky plateau flanked by two palm trees whose fronded branches support chevron and rib cut circular shallow bowls, 30cm high Cut glass bowl 1 - please note this may be a later replacement but it is in generally good order but does have numerous small chips and flakes around the dentil edge. Bowl 2 - similar to preceding, but several larger flakes and chips. Both stands are good throughout. 280113

A George V Dressing Case, maker`s mark NM, London 1912, retailed by Pittway Brothers, crushed green leather case, rectangular, with outer protective pigskin cover, opening to reveal a fitted interior with three lift-out trays containing numerous vanity utensils, including five slice cut jars/bottles and covers, pair of hair brushes, pair of clothes brushes, hand mirror, double-ended spoon, shoe horn, glove stretchers, manicure items and a curling tongs and heater box, the case (excluding the cover) 46cm wide; and A Leather and Gilt Metal Mounted Calling Card Case (2) This case displays significant original use. Some of the bottle caps are dented. Some small chips amongst the glassware. One rectangular box missing. Two vacant recesses on the mirror tray. The smallest of the lift-out trays has split at the angles and is quite scruffy, heavily worn on the green velvet surface lining material. Comb recess is empty. The largest of the glass trinket boxes has a massive chunk missing out of one angle. The hinges on the heater box are damaged. The bristles on the brushes are slightly outward pointing and very worn. Twenty-eight silver mounted items in total, leaving three steel pairs of scissors. The cover of the case is very heavily worn and damaged, and the straps have broken off. 050213

Teaspoons, dessert spoons and dessert forks with general signs of reasonable use, but the marks remain good though there are indistinct maker`s marks, one teaspoon bent out of shape on the stem. Table forks generally good, some tines slightly bent and with just marginal wear. Table knives with signs of wear and tear. Sold a/f. 280113
