Rectangular sarcophagus form with four tapered pillar corner supports, on scroll feet with grouped dolphin finials, hinged lid embossed with a view of May Place, Crayford, Kent, with velvet lined interior. Engraved to front and back "The Barnehurst Casket" within a wreath and underneath "Presented to Barnehurst Golf Club by Miss Gray". Approx. 29 x 18 x 17cm. Approx. 101 oz.
