Case - one of the lugs has been replaced and the old hole filled, the replacement lug is tarnished and is crudely attached with patches of solder to the case, the lug is not fixed and there is some play. He moved to London and built up a considerable business in supplying watches to the Ottoman Empire, at the time one of the wealthiest markets in the Middle East.
