An early twentieth century French gilt brass strut clock of gem set filigree form and with C scroll borders along with a matching powder compact. The silvered dial with subsidiary seconds is decorated with a landscape scene and bears Arabic numeral markers. Stamped verso Brevete S. G. D. D. 11.75cm. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Both objects free from exterior physical damage. The clock is not running. There is some tarnishing to the silver backing of the compacts mirror.

Two similar Brazilian nineteenth century double barrelled percussion cap pocket pistols. With carved walnut gips having shell motifs and knurled carving with silver dot inlays. Barrels of one inscribed A. Espingarda Mineira, Cal 380. Edmundo Machado, Rio De Janiero. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Action of both good. Barrels rifled put quite pitted. Outer metal work pitted and one shows previous signs of silvering now heavily worn. Both with badly dented barrel openings. One grip with a crack.

A George V silver topped faceted glass dressing table jar with stopper. Having purple guilloche enamel hinged cover decorated with a basket of flowers. Inscription to the inner cover 'With all my dear love & ever prayer & thought for you from Princess Christian 1916' London import marks, 7.5cm. Princess Christian was the fifth child of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, the year of the inscription was the year of her 50th wedding anniversary. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Chip to the centre of the top. Tiny nibbles to the stopper. Glass base in good order.
