A Victorian silver gilt and clear glass combined scent bottle vinaigrette, London 1865, Sampson Mordan & Co, the bottle of oval form, the hinged cover with sprung glass interior to negate need for a stopper, the vinaigrette to base with simple bead border and pierced engraved foliate grille, approx 9cm, in fitted case. CONDITION REPORT: One dent to rim of cover. Some dirt to inside of bottle, otherwise good intact condition.
A unique silver Art Nouveau dressing table set, London c.1908, markers mark S.L.R (unidentified) comprising hand mirror and hairbrush, cast with the name 'Cecily' below a Greek harp and fruit and foliate swags, the handle cast with a coiled snake to front and back, also a clothes brush and pin tray, with Greek harp and fruit and foliate swags. Cream jug: One minor dent to side of body. Engraved initials to front H above TB. Hallmarks partially rubbed. Single candlestick: Numerous pin-prick dents to base. Basket: Good overall condition.

Follower of Sir William Nicholson, British 1872-1949, early 20th century- Still life with a silver coffeepot, fruit and a glass; oil on canvas laid down on board, dated Nov 21st 1911, 48x51.3cm CONDITION REPORT: in a silver gilt moulding frame circa late 20th century there is a horizontal crease line likely to be due to a defect in the weave of the canvas from left to right centre of the surface there are further superficial vertical scratches and scrapes to the paint surface in the lower half of the painting paint surface is subject to to staining, drips and scuff marks under inspection with uv lamp there is no evidence of retouching or over painting otherwise in fair condition, will require some restoration
