A diamond brooch, first quarter of 20th century, the openwork scroll motif set throughout with rose cut diamonds, in white claw settings, within a rectangular frame, total estimated diamond weight 0.50 carat approximately, measures 3.6cm by 1.8cmNB: one diamond deficient.The brooch is in fair condition commensurate with age, there is one stone missing. The panel has been adapted possibly from a bracelet. It fastens with a double pin. It bears no hallmark nor stamp but in our opinion would test as gold and silver. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour J/K/L, clarity SI1/SI2/I1. Gross weight 9.5 grams. CR made 07.03.22.
