A silver gilt and enamel button, centered in relief with Prince of Wales feathers framed within a garter with legend "Honi Soit Qui Mal y Pense". Diameter 3.2 cm. CONDITION REPORT: On close inspection we can see that is it now copper, however the three Prince Of Wales feathers do look to be silver but there are no hallmarks

Savory & Sons) and others, London 1855, comprising 8 tablespoons, 8 table forks, 6 dessert spoons, 5 dessert forks, butter knife, teaspoon, coffee spoon and mustard spoon (87.85 ozs) (see illustration).
A silver metal toddy ladle, 18th century, with turned handle, the bowl inset with a Spanish Colonial (Mexico) 2 reales, 1740, initialled to exterior of bowl "IC" and monogrammed to front. Length 27.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: There is a split to the interior of the bowl where the handle mount joins the body which is not visible from the exterior. Otherwise there are no further splits but there are numerous dents.
A silver salt, David Mowden, London 1763, squat form, with vacant cartouche and repousse floral decoration, raised on three legs with pad feet, and a silver mustard pot John Aldwinckle & Thomas Slater, London 1892, the lid with engraved monogram and pierced body and blue glass liner. Salt diameter 6 cm, mustard pot height 5.3 cm (see illustration).
A silver pin cushion/trinket pot, Hardy Brothers, Birmingham 1895, with heart shaped pin cushion top above the pierced scrolling base, and a cut glass and silver mounted dressing table jar, W.& G. Neal, London 1894, with repousse mask and scroll lid with crimped rim on a cut glass body. Trinket box length 11 cm, jar height 9 cm.
A Victorian three piece silver christening set, Aaron Hadfield, Sheffield 1863, each piece engraved union flower decoration, original fitted presentation case, monogrammed. CONDITION REPORT: The hallmarks are clear. It should read that each piece has engraved union flower decoration. Each piece is further engraved with a monogram on the handle. Each piece is in very good condition within a fitted case and have printed marks for London and Ryder International Exhibition, New Bond Street. The case has a couple of minor knocks but nothing too distracting. The hallmarks are clear. It should read that each piece has engraved union flower decoration. A silver christening mug, Walker & Hall, Sheffield 1896, with vacant Rococo scroll engraved cartouche and foliate scroll capped handle and silver gilt interior. Height 7.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The condition is very good throughout, marks are clear. The vacant cartouche does not appear to have ever been engraved. The gauge of silver is consistent throughout, and the gilt interior is fully intact.
Two silver cream jugs, Stokes & Ireland Ltd., Birmingham 1893, and Henry Stratford Ltd. Sheffield 1905, each with part reeded body, the latter with shoulder of embossed flowers and shells, and a silver sauce boat, Martin, Hall & Co., with shaped rim and with three hoof feet. Longest 14 cm. (see illustration).
A silver miniature figure of Mr Mole (Wind in The Willows), Sarah Jones, London 1896, wrapped in dressing gown, holding a chamberstick and ascending stairs. Height 4 cm. CONDITION REPORT: There are some very minor surface marks viewable using a jewellers loop. Otherwise the item is in good condition throughout with no obvious faults.
A pair of Georgian silver sugar nips, the bowls stamped "T.P.", possibly Thomas Pepper II, and a Classical Revival pepperette, Hawksworth, Eyre & Co. Ltd Sheffield 1912, eight 10.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: There are no signs of solder or any repairs on the sugar nips. The pepperette has a few small knocks to the top and a small dent to the side at the shoulder but is otherwise in good condition.

A pair of heart shape bonbon dishes, Miller Bros., Birmingham 1899, with pierced decoration and embossed Rococo scroll and flowers within a plush lined fitted presentation case, 7.6 cm wide, and a set of six silver handled fruit knives, Thomas Bradby & Sons Ltd., Sheffield 1915, in fitted presentation case.
A lapis lazuli salt, 19th century, on a gilt metal stand (possibly silver gilt), formed as four leafy fronds on an oval base with four leaf feet, height 5.7 cm, width 5.5 cm, and a rock crystal salt, 19th century, bowl engraved with floral decoration and raised on faceted stem and foot. Height 6.7 cm, width 6 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The lapis bowl has been split in two and joined together rather crudely but does appear to be fully intact. It has been adhered to its silver gilt stand by some form of gum/resin but is now detached. The stand appears to be in good order. The rock crystal salt has internal flaws showing as cracks on each side near the engraved floral decoration, they are each approximately 8 to 11 mm in length. There are some dark inclusions showing on the rim of the bowl and also some striations within the body itself. There is a further visible flaw to the right hand side upper corner. The mounts appear to be tarnished silver. The stem has some small nibbles to each faceted edge and visible internal inclusions. The base has two small rim chips but otherwise appears intact.
A Provincial Scottish silver mounted cowrie shell snuffbox, early 19th century, the hinged lid engraved "JN to WK", for Auld Lang Syne, the interior struck with initials "IR". Width 8.5 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The interior of the lid is blackened and pitted as is 70% of the interior mount rim. There is a fine 1 cm long hairline crack at the rear of the shell. On the opposing side there is a small chip and a small crack to the tip of the shell. There is a very light crease to the lid near the hinge but this is only ever so slight. Apart from those faults mentioned there appear to be no further obvious faults.
A silver two handled trophy, George Adams, London 1874, with foliate scroll cap handles and engraved band scrolls, decorative cartouche with inscription "Sunset Points Winner Ambleside 1947, Presented by Owner Harry Ingham to His Excellent Trainer Ben Pattinson", vacant cartouche verso, raised on a beaded knop stem and circular foot. Height 25 cm.
