A hallmarked silver box of Art Nouveau inspiration: the shaped hinged lid with Art Nouveau style swirls and cobalt-blue and turquoise inlaid enamels above a conforming base with overlapping foot, assayed London 1902 (8.5 cm widest). (Approx. 95g) Condition Report: There is no inside edge lip to the lid, the lid is almost flat, it closes well with no visible gaps. Upon very close inspection there are a few pin-head sized pieces away to some of the varying sized enamelled heart shapes. Some may be due to the firing process or could be due to later damage.
