An Edwardian leather travelling vanity case with silver mounted fittings, the mounts mark of G H James & Co, London 1904/08, the green leather case with green moire silk lined interior, the part contents including brushes; mirror; glass flasks and jars; two cufflink/jewellery boxes; correspondence folder; manicure set etc., with outer slip cover, the case 44cm wide and a 19th century armorial carved firescreen with beadwork panel . Vanity case - the leather exterior is in good clean condition with very little wear, some abrading to the handle and wear to the gilding on the mounts. One glass jar with broken glass, some damages to the comb, leather straps to hold one brush are broken. A few tears to the silk interior. One lock needs help to open, no keys present. Outer cover fairly clean.

A Georg Jensen 'Peak' bangle, designed by Bent Gabrielsen, terminating in graduated triangular motifs, measures 6cm by 5.5cm The bangle is misshapen. It is stamped with the post 1945 Georg Jensen makers mark. Stamped '925S STERLING', valued as silver. There is no model number. This piece was designed by Bent Gabrielsen for Hans Hansen, who was bought by Georg Jensen and this design sold as 'Peak'. Gross weight 44.2 grams. Condition Report made 22nd June 2018.
