He also began a collaboration with the Italian brand Driade, designing furniture and objects for them. His glass pieces have sometimes been described as Bohemian "neo-baroque". In his homeland he was designated ‘Court architect’ of Prague Castle by the then Czech president Václav Havel, the Castle being his official residence.An occasional scratch, hardly used.

William Comyns & Sons, a set of six Art Nouveau silver spoons in original shaped and fitted case Mark of William Comyns & Sons, London hallmarks 1900 Each having an oval bowl with open work terminals depicting a maiden picking a fruit Spoons 11.5 cm long, case 30 cm long (6)Rubbing to decoration and makers marks and some wear on the bowls and the stems. Case - inside the base is covered in a fine green velvet that has a few marks and some aging to edges and outlines. The silk on the top is marked and stained. Exterior of case is scuffed and scraped with some peeling - the underside worn and with losses.

Boivin, Paris, stamped French Minerva head poincon .950, stamped on base K 844 and makers lozenge mark The repoussé and chased silver bulbous base of overlapping leaves with silver frilled-petalled flowers supporting a tapered ivory vase, on circular foot 16 cm high Notes: V. Boivin is listed as a maker from 1897 at 5 rue de Montmorency, Paris. Notes: Possibly after, or influenced by, a design by Adolphe-Armand Truffier, see Alasdair Duncan 'The Paris Salons 1895-1914 Volume V: Objects D' Art & Metalware', 1999, p. 208 (a Safran vase in silver and enamel of similar form but with some variation is illustrated)There are three cracks to the ivory when you look into the interior. Some old marks and stains. Some dents on the leaves of the bulbous base. Some lifting of silver petals and stems. Wear to base.Please note that this lot contains ivory. Ivory is an endangered material with strict rules about export/import. If you plan to take this lot out of the UK please check with your shipper if you can before bidding. Malachite a bit dull. Natural wear to silver elements. The monogram is unclear an could be something like a W or an X, but hard to say.

Keith Murray ( 1892-1981), an Art Deco silver plated Cocktail Shaker made by Mappin & Webb c.1935, stamped maker's mark, W28721, Rd.772183 Tapered body with ribbing below the shoulder and on the flared foot, having a removeable top and strainer inside 24.5 cm high Literature: Simon Khachadourian, 'The Cocktail Shaker', London 2000, p.93, a similar model illustrated with a tray and a martini gobletsThere are some indentations on the edge of the cap, the rim of the shaker, some on the foot and a few on the sides. There are some scratches and scuffs on the side and natural wear to the sides of the cap. The strainer has light wear and there is wear to the base and foot.
