A George VI silver baluster cream jug, Edward Barnard & Sons Ltd., London 1935, with leaf capped spout, reeded rim and double scroll handle terminating in a love heart, inscribed 'KID from TIM', the main belly inscribed 'M.G.K 22nd Sept. 1943 GOLD COAST', 3 3/8in. (8.6cm.) high, weight 7.8 tr.oz.
A silver bedside or desk clock by Liberty & Co., Birmingham, date mark rubbed, possibly 1928, of tapering rectangular form with arched top, the Swiss pocket watch movement with back wind, Arabic enamel dial and subsidiary seconds, brass bezel, 3 7/8in. (9.8cm.) high. * Marks rubbed but remain legible apart from date letter. Case: Front left corner of the base is bent upwards a little and velvet to back is worn and polish stained. Tiny kink to silver to top of dial aperture, where there is a tiny slot to locate a pin on the bezel - this kink means that the dial cannot currently be rotated left properly to fix in place and it therefore sits off centre. It should be possible for this to be corrected quite easily with care. Movement winds and runs. Plating to dust cover heavily worn. Dial good with no chips or cracks.
A pair of George IV silver King's pattern table spoons, John Harris IV, London 1825, 5.2 tr.oz. (2) * One bowl has a little wear to tip and the other shows probable signs of reshaping towards tip. Both stems slightly bent and one with small cracks to centre of stem through hallmarks. Both have wear to marks but remain legible.
A pair of elegant Victorian cast silver candlesticks, Hawksworth, Eyre & Co Ltd., Sheffield 1890, scroll foliate baluster stems with detachable foliate square shaped drip pans, raised on shaped and stepped foliate square bases, weighted, 10½in. (26.7cm.) high, gross weight 78.5 tr.oz. (2) * Both with dents to highest knopp and tiny dents and flea-bites to raised bases, maker's mark rubbed on both, each having very slight lean, overall very good.
A novelty Victorian silver vesta case fashioned as a pig, B. Muller & Son (Berthold Muller), Chester 1898, together with 'F' foreign mark, the hinged head opening to reveal void for storage, the snout with hole for match (go to bed), striking plate to underside, 1 7/8in. (4.8cm.) long, weight 0.68 tr.oz. * Very nice clean condition.
A set of eleven Victorian silver West Country bright cut fiddle pattern teaspoons, Robert Williams & Sons, Exeter 1849, with bright cut floral and foliate decoration, the terminals inscribed with initials, 5½in. (14cm.) long, weight 6.8 tr.oz. (11) * Good condition with strong hallmarks, very light surface scratches etc.
A pair of novelty silver plated bulls head paperweights, realistically modelled, 3¾in. (9.5cm.) horn tip to tip; together with a pair of silver plate spill vases or candle holders fashioned as trio of swimming swans, raised on triangular naturalistic bases, each stamped 12132 Rd, (dating pieces to c.1884), 3in. (7.6cm.) high. (4) * Both pairs in good condition.
A Channel Islands silver bright cut Old English pattern teaspoon, maker's mark JP, struck twice (unknown maker, possibly Jean Perchard 1727-1758, Guernsey), inscribed 'RLC' to terminal, 4¾in. (12cm.) long, weight 0.39 tr.oz. * Slightly bent bowl, small dents, otherwise good.
A rare Channel Islands silver dish, maker's mark of Dr. Angelo Nelson Symons, London 1950, heavy gauge silver, of circular form, with planished finish, segmented reeded border, raised on three claw feet, 4 3/8in.(11cm.) diameter, 2. 3/8in. (6cm.) high, weight 7.35 tr.oz. * Thumb size shallow dent to underside of belly, otherwise nothing to note, good.

German Third Reich Fire Official's visor cap, in dark blue wool with three rows of crimson waffenfarbe, the black velvet centre band with police eagle below a tri-colour cockade, a silver bullion chin-cord suspended by a single silvered pebble button to either side, black peak with a brown faintly cross-hatched underside, brown oil cloth interior lining with a clear celluloid protection diamond above manufacturer's markings and hand written name tag, the brown leatherette sweatband with a black velvet cushioning.

(23.2cm.) diameter bachin with the full set of date stamps, as used by Bruce Russell, stamped around the rim, with accompanying tripod 'Terpid' stand with fruit and nut form feet, in its original blue leather box, no certificate, silver weight 45.4 tr.oz.

A Northern Indian carved sandalwood and silver box, Delhi, c.1860-70, the box finely carved with scrolling vines and flowers, the edges and corners mounted with silver and with similar lock and hinges, the lid inset with nine watercolour miniatures on ivory of Delhi monuments including the Taj Mahal and Humayun Tomb, each within silver frames, 9 x 6 5/8in. (22.9 x 16.8cm.), 2¾in. (7cm.) high, the Qutb Minar miniature replaced. * A very similar example in the V&A Museum Collection, item O71455, accession no. 1100-1874. This box also illustrated in Furniture from British India and Ceylon, Amin Jaffer, pub. V&A Publications 2001, p.416. ** Please note that this lot is subject to international CITES regulations. Ivory cannot be exported to the USA. It will be the buyer's responsibility to check that their country of residence will permit import with the correct documentation before bidding. It is also their responsibility to obtain a valid CITES import permit from their country of residence before the item can be released. Payment will still be required within our usual terms and all bids will be binding. *** The miniature, glass and silver frame of the Qutb Minar is missing and has been replaced with a crudely painted replacement at some point. Dirt and dust beneath the glass on the other miniatures and the upper right miniature has some water damage to the paint with crude restoration attempted. Rubbed patch to paint in sky to top right of Taj Mahal miniature and old glue marks to surface of three other miniatures. The lower centre miniature is loose and can be detached from the box lid. The box itself is in good condition, with some dirt to the surface of the carving throughout. The base of the box is warped and has old splits. Later felt pads glued to corners of base.
