In June 1906, El Salvador and Honduras declared war on Guatemala and El Salvador`s former President General Toms Regalado, led a Salvadorian invasion of Guatemala but is said to have gone into battle whilst drunk and suffered serious wounds of which he died at Yupiltepeque near the Salvadorian border on 11 June 1906. The campaign lasted just eight days, the invasion being repulsed. Very rare! RR! II
