A PAIR OF GEORGE V SILVER SALVERS by D & J Wellby Ltd, London 1928, with piecrust top, central monogram, standing on four scroll decorated feet. 24 troy ounces approx. Diameter 21cm approx.(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Scratches to the top and marks on both salvers. One salver has noticeable dinks and dents. Rather grubby in places and slightly tarnished especially to the base of one. Good clear hallmarks overall.

London hallmark for 1791, with maker's initials: B.D., probably for Burrage Davenport. 22oz Troy approx.(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Appearing in good condition, evident old repair to handle in one place, the handle not originally hallmarked apparently, general tarnishing, scratches and wear with age.

Teapot and sucrier with matching armorial devices, mailed fist clutching sword with motto: Arte et marte. The motto is also utilised by the British Army Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Regiment.

VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Hallmarks very clear on three of the items, the lidded sucrier is slightly rubbed, appearing in good condition overall for age, minor wear and minor dinks and dents in places, but overall good.
