Japanese silver box, two marks to the base, bronze panel to the lid inlaid in gold and silver with chrysanthemums, hardwood lining and base, 10.5cm.Condition report:Inlaid metal work to the lid appears to be all there, however the top is quite worn, evidence of old gilding worn too. Some very small dents to the silver frame of the lid, one significant dent to the right side edge, wooden interior of the box is good, some very minor wear to the base of the box, marks clear on the bottom edge.Further images have been uploaded to the lot page on our website for you to view.
William IV silver vinaigrette, William Simpson, Birmingham 1834, rectangular with cast rim, engraved with scrolls and initials, pierced gilt folding grille, 33mm.Condition report:Engraving a bit worn, hinge does not quite close the box completely, clear marks to the grille and grille hinge is good, overall ok just a bit worn on the outside.

All three have some dings and minor dents with the silver on the cover feeling very thin. The springs on the coin holders are good and strong. The thin silver three-quarter circumference coin guards are also a little knocked out of shape.

Silver tray, by James Dixon & Son, Sheffield 1958, oval with gadrooned edge, twin loop handles, 62cm, 80oz.Condition report:No inscriptions or engravings. Shape is good, no dings or dents, the rim and handles remain in good shape. Clearly well used as noticeably scratched to the surface.
