Condition Report Capacity of this mug is 640 mls (1 1/8 of a pint).Overall a bit dirty with numerous very fine scratches, these would professionally clean off, otherwise slight distortion to top rim, small dent to top of hand, no evidence of past inscription.

Condition Report Part of the engraved wreath to the interior of the bowl has rubbed away, otherwise in good condition.

A gentleman's silver pair cased open faced pocket watch, with a gilt fusee movement, detailed to the backplate Wm Denham No 1731 London, the enamelled dial with Roman numerals, London 1792, with a key and a silver cased keyless wind hunting cased gentleman's pocket watch, the gilt three quarter plate jewelled lever movement detailed 107816 (3). Condition Report Silver pair cased watch; movement not working, fusee chain is detached. Top post is re-soldered into position. Top suspension loop and top fitting are base metal replacements, dial is chipped at 6 o'clock, minute hand lacking, hour hand bent and maybe replaced. Outer case a bit worn, some dents by the push-in button.Hunting cased pocket watch; movement working, dial in good condition, some rusting to minute hand, dial cover missing, front case hinge rather loose and is bent too far over. Inner case exterior is engraved James Coulton 1908,outer case exterior; shield and crest are a bit worn.

A silver and sapphire long chain, the oval link chain spectacle set with variously cut sapphires, length 165cm, gross weight 60 gms. Condition Report The sapphires are opaque and have numerous internal inclusions. There are some surface reaching inclusions to some of the sapphires. The sapphires may be treated to enhance their colour. There is no translucency to the sapphires.

Lot 1818

A silver and dyed green chalcedony brooch, in a floral and foliate design, the front with a pendant drop, detailed BH 826 P7 and with a dragonfly form mark, in a Scandinavian style. Condition Report The brooch is in good condition, the pin is a bit distorted at the hinge end, the hinge is a little weak, the hook of the clasp is slightly bent over. Width of brooch 6.4cm, length of brooch including drop 8.7cm.

Condition Report Two 9ct gold cufflinks; please note that these are two odd cufflinks that have been joined together, the connecting chains are beginning to show signs of wear.Silver cufflinks; good condition, would benefit from cleaning.Victoria portrait brooch; This is ceramic to the centre panel, front in good condition, The surrounding border would have originally been mounted with pearls.Locket; Shallow dents to back and front.Four remaining items; generally good condition, the bangle however is missing several colourless pastes, the bracelet is silver plated base metal, the cat and mouse chain is gilt metal, the small mother-of-pearl brooch is a gold plated brass setting, which is rubbed in places.
