A pair of Edward Spencer stemmed bowls, probably made for the Artificer's Guild, each of elliptical shape fashioned from a section of coconut shell with silver interior, supported on a facetted copper stem with arched panels and ropework banding near the base above a circular foot on five circular pads, 13cm high, bearing designer's personal mark on bases. .
