Two Victorian brooches, the first a tortoiseshell gold and silver piqué work brooch, of circular facetted form, 29mm diameter; the second converted from a verge watch balance cock, a moonstone to the centre, 30mm long, together with a modern silver and garnet brooch (3) CONDITION REPORT: shell chipped at one point on the inner edge of the brooch, pique work without issue. The second: moonstone with glue residue over the surface of the stone, otherwise without issue. The third in good overall condition.

CONDITION REPORT: In good condition with good marks but both almost certainly originally had a small piece at end of handles to take a conical extinguisher which have been filed off.
