Lot 395

An 20th century gold plated keyless wind open face Waltham pocket watch, the white dial with black Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial to six o`clock, with a signed movement, numbered 8929491, with Swiss lever escapement. Case diameter 50mm. Together with eight silver and base metal pocket watches recommended for repair or restoration purposes. Movement is currently functioning, but would benefit from a service, case shows signs of general wear commensurate with age with scratches, marks and tarnishing, verdigris appears to have formed around the bezel edge wear it meets the glass, dial and hands appear to be in a generally pleasing condition with some light tarnishing and marking, the glass possesses some very light scratches and chips around its edge. The other items are recommended for spares/repair purposes only. Fellows & Sons do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any watches sold.
