The thick backplate is chased with two lions flanking a seven light Menorah with the Hebrew inscription - Hanerut Halalu Kodesh Hem (these candles are holy). Fronted by a rectangular oil container with eight wick holders and inscribed in Hebrew - Bezalel, Yerushalem. No servant light (Shamosh). This kind of rare miniature traveling Menorahs were made for Bezalel exhibitions in Europe for the European Jewish Market. Height - 7cm / 2.75in. Weight - 106gr / 3.4oz.
