Complete with a solid silver double cigarette box, London hallmark dated 1912, inscription reads "Lieut Col R.G Turner I.M.S with Best Wishes from the nursing staff The Ramsay Hospital Naini Tan India, 31 October 1913" containing a personal calling card of Col and Mrs R.G Turner with note to the vendors grandfather on reverse "Dear Jim with love from Amy and in memory of my husband Col R.G Turner C.M.G, D.S.O, F,R.C.S who died Feb 1953 Love to Mag also, dated July 30th 1956." Provenance: Belonged to a member of the family of Amy Janet (Jeanie) wife of Reginald Lieut. Col.
