Green, Birmingham 1919, a silver tapering pint mug with 21st birthday presentation initials and date, a 'C' scroll hollow handle. 5.1in. (13cm). Makers James Dixon and Son, Sheffield 1965, and a silver capstan shape inkwell with hinged cover, a presentation inscription and a glass pen dip, on a loaded base. 5in. (12.5cm) diameter. Makers Messrs Zeigler, Birmingham 1913. 10oz. (weighable silver). (3).
A rare pair of William IV silver gilt whip handle salt spoons with twist stems and cast scallop shell back bowls. Maker Robert Hennell II, London 1833. Together with a pair of George III silver salt spoons with initialled cartouche and flower engraved handles with cast scallop shell back bowls. Apparently unmarked, possibly Irish circa 1780. (4).
A set of four late 18th century silver German candlesticks in a Neoclassical manner, the cylindrical hollow stems with fluting, chased and cast foliage to the detachable nozzles, the loaded bases with a collar of repousse stiff leaves and plain mouldings to square plinths engraved a sickle crest. 10 1/2 in. (27cm). Maker I. T, Augsberg, circa 1781-83 and 1785-87. (4).
A pair of 1993 five pound coins with certificate, three crowns 1951, 1953 and 1960, two Jubilee crowns, an English Bible medallion, a military button and red beadwork, a porcupine quill, and a miniature ivory seal. Together with a silver and enamel crown stock pin, a 1950's boys silver cased wristwatch with engine turned dial and a Regency pinchbeck cased pocket watch, the enamel dial damaged, the fusee movement by Jonathon Wilson of Peterborough 9360, once in the possession of Sir Harry Wakelyn Smith. A lot.
