THE LORD BALLIOL - CASK NO. 1 A limited edition bottling of 20 year old Sherry cask matured single malt scotch whisky, believed to be Glenfarclas. 70cl. 46% abv. Distilled in 1986. Bottle no. 41 of 282 bottles. The bottle and the presentation box bear the legend "My sweet, silent, companion" which refers to Dervorgilla Lady of Galloway who had her husband John Balliol's heart embalmed and placed in a silver and ivory casket which she held close to her for 20 years and on her own death was buried with it. Level mid-low neck. Excellent condition. 1 bottle.
A 19th century Continental silver Turkish market rosewater sprinkler Worked as a fruit with embossed decoration, stamped 900; and a 19th century Turkish lacquered document case, decorated with birds amongst floral sprays; together with a 19th century Ottoman copper bowl with embossed decoration centred with a figure of a bird. 15 cm high; 34 cm long and 20.5 cm diameter respectively. CONDITION REPORTS: All generally good condition, expected wear.

A Russian blue guilloche enamel decorated silver desk clock The white enamelled dial with Roman and Arabic numerals and with subsidiary sweep seconds dial, the reverse with Faberge marks and stamped for 88 Zolotniks, housed in a plush lined case inscribed Faberge. The clock 8.5 cm wide. CONDITION REPORTS: Overall good, some gilt loss, crack to dial, general wear.

CONDITION REPORTS: Tarnished, some slight denting/misshaping, general wear, approximately 41 troy ounces.
