A 1997 TVR Chimaera 4-Ltr, registration number J77 TVR, chassis number SDLDCCP1VL012330, engine number 37A40P5614, Stratos silver. Having had only four registered keepers, this low mileage example of TVR's Chimaera has full service history to substantiate the 40,000 miles from new and is finished in Stratos silver with a blue leather interior and matching blue mohair soft top. The car was supplied by Harrogate Horseless Carriages to its first owner who had the car maintained there, with subsequent maintenance carried out by Fernhurst Motor Company, Rivermead, Williams of Harrogate and TVRS Wellington. The last service was carried out by TVRS on 23/06/2014 (receipt on file £549.54). The car was SORN and stored until it was MOT'd earlier this year. The accompanying history file contains the stamped service/handbook, receipts, radio handbook and sundry paperwork. This TVR now offers an opportunity to purchase a well maintained example with continuous service history from new. V5C, MOT to February 2018  See illustrations

Lot 14

A 1975 Bentley T1, registration number JYO 260N, Moorland green over Ice green. The T series Bentley was a badge engineered version of the new Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow and was introduced at the Paris Motor Show in October 1965. They would remain in production until 1980 with various revisions. As with the Rolls sibling, they were available in both four door saloon in standard or long wheel base format and two door coupé or drophead coupé coachwork by James Young or Mulliner Park Ward. This T1 four door saloon is finished in most attractive two tone green colour scheme with a contrasting tan leather and walnut interior. A low ownership example that has been very well maintained with numerous receipts in the accompanying history file from recognised marque specialists. The first owner was Sir Peter Cadbury (a member of the chocolate family) and director of Westward TV. There are relatively few subsequent owners recorded before the vendor acquired the Bentley to add to his collection in 2008. This well maintained Bentley will be offered for auction with a history file and manuals. V5C, MOT to June 2018 See illustrations
