W G SOTHERS LTD; a George V hallmarked silver and lilac guilloché enamelled three piece dressing table set comprising mirror, clothes and hair brush, Birmingham 1927 (mirror af), a cased silver plated and blue enamel two piece set and a matched nail file.Additional InformationThe silver mounted mirror with bad damage to the enamel, the main two pieces in the group have scratches and light nibbles, wear and fraying to the brushes and scratches to the mirror glass and with damage to the silver backing aswell. The silver plated example the enamel mostly intact, some small nibbles to the edges and further light general wear.

Diameter of bowl 8.75cm, diameter of foot rim 9cm. Some old repairs around the foot rim, as you would expect from a cup of this age. Minor surface scratches, tarnishing and toning. A 1mm nick to the rim, but overall a stunning cup.

Tarnish to the outer case of the first scent bottle, some rubbing to gilt of interior, some polish residue, some light impacts, scratches and nicks to further silver. The green glass scent bottle has crystal residue to interior.

Further scratches, nicks, nibbles etc throughout. The dish quite heavily discoloured and tarnished.

Light tarnishing, toning and light surface scratches, but stand true. Very clear marks and a very elegant tray. Sold with Lowe & Sons of Chester box and copy of valuation from the same company.
