Her work showcases her prolific creativity, with pieces ranging from jewelry to sculptures made from materials such as gold, silver, wood, rubber tires, palm trees, and oudh incense. Al Qubaisi is a strong advocate for sustainability and has dedicated her work to promote a sustainable future for her country. Her works often use simple materials that were part of Emirati families' daily lives in the pre-oil period. Her pieces reflect the natural landscape and cultural references of the region, incorporating shapes, patterns, and textures inspired by the desert and ancient traditional techniques.Al Qubaisi's journey as an artist is deeply rooted in her Emirati heritage. She was born in Abu Dhabi and educated in London, where she earned a BA in Silversmithing, Jewelry Design, and Allied Crafts from the London Guildhall, and an MA in Cultural and Creative Industries from HCT-CERT. Her work has been showcased in group and solo exhibitions both locally and internationally. Al Qubaisi represented the UAE in the 'A 1001 Steps Festival' in Helsinki, Finland, in 2004, and was the first artist to exhibit in DIFC in 2005. Her work has also been exhibited in 'Language of the Desert' in Abu Dhabi, 'Three Generations' by ADMAF, and the UAE National Day Exhibition at Expo Milan 2015, among others.
