A 19TH CENTURY HALL GONG, the brass gong supported on a pair of silver plated mount bull horns with an oak moulded base bearing presentation plaque: 'Presented to Mrs Madeline D E Clifton on her marriage to Sir James Drummond by the workmen on the Lithum Hall Estate.' With associated hammer. 51cm high. CONDITION REPORT: Worn in places commensurate with age but no serious damage.

Some surface wear and rubbing to metal and porcelain in places otherwise no further damage or restoration.

Makers impressed marks J.D and S to the reverse. 35 inches long approximately. CONDITION REPORT: Overall generally tarnished, some scuffs and knocks to the handle but no serious damage noted.
