A LARGE CANTON FAMILLE ROSE ENAMELLED HANDPAINTED BALUSTER VASE, on hardwood carved stand,the vase decorated with chrysanthemum flowers in pink and yellows, surrounding panels depicting birds of paradise,domestic scenes and fighting scenes, vase measures 156cm high x 31cm across the top of the rim, the hardwood stand measures 28cm from the floor to the platform on which the vase stands,the protrudi ng carved legs 37cm and is approximately 55cm diameter, (Condition: no apparent damage to the vase, some discoloration to the decorative panels, fritting throughout, vase bas a nice 'ping'when tapped, it is very dirty, no apparent damage to the hardwood stand through is very dirty and dusty,some light scratching to the platform on which the vase stands

A Victorian glazed stoneware jug with holly decoration, unmarked but in the style of Martin Brothers 26 cm high together with a CJC Bailey Fulham bowl of low form with incised stylised foliate decoration in blue, mustard and green signed "Bailey Fulham" and initialled to base 9 cm high x 19.5 cm in diameter CONDITION REPORTS Various firing faults, cracks throughout including to the spout and handle area. Otherwise pinhead holes to the glaze. A bit of discolouration to a couple of the holly leaves (slightly more purpley in hue). Otherwise general wear and tear conducive with age and use to include some light surface scratching, minor losses etc - see images for more details.
19TH CENTURY ENGLISH SCHOOL AFTER ROBERT WALKER “Oliver Cromwell” a portrait study in armour, oil on canvas, unsigned, inscribed verso "Sir John Hippisleigh, Marston House Whome God Preserve", 75 cm x 62 cm CONDITION REPORTS Appears to be basically sound though with some craquelure throughout, particularly around the hair line and head. Some loss along the crease line of the stretcher. Under UV light it is difficult to tell whether over-painting has taken place in most areas as the painting appears very dark throughout. There is clear evidence on certain lines of the armour. The remainder appears to be relatively untouched. See images for further detail. The frame is basically sound though has loss to the surface gilding in many areas - again see images for further detail.
An emerald and diamond dress ring, set with an emerald cut emerald approximately 9mm x 8mm, surrounded by round brilliant cut diamonds to an 18ct yellow gold setting and shank, approximately 6 grams, size L CONDITION REPORT: import marks for London 1954, the emerald is light in colour, the facets have small chips, the diamonds are approximately 3mm in diameter
