A scratch-built model of the Mary Rose. A well-constructed and detailed wooden model by Brian Woodley. The model is based on a contemporary watercolour painting in the ‘Anthony Roll’, (as opposed to the dimensions and details as discovered after the finding and raising of the wreck in the 1980s). With masts, rigging, guns, etc. Mounted on a small wooden plinth. (Hull approx 660mm). VGC, some light cleaning required. £100-150

A single masted wooden clinker built teak model with open hull, fore mounted mast with single silk sail, fitted with retractable keel, rudder with tiller, seating and internal planked decking, painted white internally. Mounted on a simple cradle frame. Overall length 470mm, height from bottom of hull to top of sail 670mm. GC-VGC light cleaning required, paint with some age wear. £60-80

Figures - some age wear - knights steeds some light armour wear and legs paint patches missing. Blue Knight's lance missing tip. Otherwise VGC. In a Britains Historical Series Box with overall general wear - labels some discolouration, water damage spots. Set Overall GC to VGC - re-tied onto Britains original insert. £100-150
Britains Irish Guards from Set No.107. All marching at the slope, with Officer. c.1908 to 1914- box packs - gaitered - rifles metallic finish with droopy slings and fixed bayonets (all intact!!) - plumes green - corrected later to light blue. Wasp waisted bemedalled fixed arm officer - suggesting closer to 1908. Paint wear right arms and gaiters and boots but integrity excellent. Overall QGC-GC. £70-90

A continental light cavalry trooper’s sword, similar to the French M1822, curved fullered blade 34½” with narrow back fuller to centre section, brass hilt, the guard with reinforced edge into knucklebow with 2 sidebars, forward sloping cap shaped pommel, ribbed leather grip (wire removed), top of knucklebow marked “92”.
