Collectable COLLECTABLE/ANTIQUE - A PAIR OF CONTINENTAL LIGHT CAVALRY SWORDS, 1870-1910 A steel scabbard and hilt of the first is dented with rust and the wire binding to the handgrip is missing, scabbard suspension rings missing.The second has a discoloured steel scabbard. The blade is etched but markings are indistinct because of age darkening, wire handgrip binding loose.
A Louis XV style mahogany two tier bowfronted corner table, circa 1900, with frieze drawer, on cabriole legs, 41cm wide, and a William IV rosewood pole screen base, the turned and carved pillar, on a concave sided platform base, with lobed feet, and associated Victorian mahogany dished circular table top with turned pillar and light fitting (2).
A 1968/69 restored and polished Strand PATT 23N MK2 studio lamp fitted with barn doors, converted to use standard Edison bulbs. It was originally designed in Covent Garden, London at the Strand headquarters in the 1950's. This light was used on the set of Channel 4’s ‘Draw it’ game show, hosted by Mel Gledroyc. The light sits upon a vintage extendable stand raised on four casters.
A 1950's / 60's Strand ‘Egg’ 123 light with 6” short focus Fresnel lens, polished and wired for home use. This rare lamp sits on an even rarer 1955 Bolex Type 1 tripod - great pan / tilt head with adjustable levelling separate from other controls, plus an extremely well designed quick release head. THE BEATLES - LOVE ME DO (1ST UK 7") - Lovely copy of the band's debut 45, the rest of course is history! 1st UK Parlophone pressing (45-R 4949 no 'Made In Gt. Britain', 1N/1N matrix). The record is in very clean Ex condition with only a few very light, faint and wispy markings. Complete with Parlophone company sleeve. Cracking stuff.
CLASSICAL - UK 1ST STEREO EDITIONS - Terrific selection of 2 x sought after 1st UK stereo edition works. Titles are Don Juan with The Cleveland Orchestra conducted by George Szell performing Don Quixote (Strauss) (SAX 2495 turquoise/silver - very clean Ex condition with a light surface mark on side 2, -1/-4 matrix/very strong Ex 'Magic Notes' sleeve with very faint staining on the reverse, a fantastic copy) and Bizet - Carmen (ASD 331-333 - clean Ex records, with libretto and additional insert/VG+ outer box light wear to the reverse, original company inners and 'Stereophonic EMI Recording' sticker).
ALEXIS KORNER'S BLUES INCORPORATED - Ace original UK mono copy of the LP that is just 'A Little Bit Groovy!' 1st UK pressing on Decca Ace Of Clubs (ACL 1187). Side 1 is in Ex condition with a light and minor scuff mark on track A3. Side 2 is in fantastic Ex+ condition. The front laminated sleeve is in great Ex condition with a small sticker on the reverse. A top copy.
THE SMALL FACES - S/T - Very well presented 1st UK mono pressing of the wicked 1966 LP (Decca unboxed LK 4790). The record is in superb Ex+ condition with only one or two extremely light, faint and very wispy markings. 4A/3A matrix. The sleeve is in clean Ex condition with a little ringwear to the reverse.
THE BEATLES - WHITE ALBUM (NUMBER 0037169) - A very clean original UK top loading mono copy of the pioneering eponymous double LP from The Beatles (PMC 7067/7068). With 'Sold In UK' and 'Mfd. In UK' on the labels. Record 1 is in very clean Ex condition with only a couple of very light and minor wispy markings. -1/-1 matrix. Record 2 is in similar strong Ex condition with once more only a couple of very faint and light surface marks. -1/-1 matrix. Complete with clean photos and lyric poster. The fully laminated gatefold (embossed) sleeve is in very clean Ex condition with a little bit of shelfwear. A superb copy.
THE BEATLES - PLEASE PLEASE ME 1st UK MONO - A very well presented 1st UK mono pressing of the monstrous debut studio LP from The Beatles (PMC 1202). With Dick James credits for all McCartney/Lennon compositions. Side 1 is in Ex condition with only a couple of rather light and minor surface marks. Side 2 is in VG+ condition with some light surface markings; nothing heavier whatsoever. Matrix/stampers: XEX 421-1N 2 RD/422-1N 1 2 GH. The 1st UK sleeve is in well presented VG+ condition - a very clean front, there is some light wear to the reverse flipback design.

Issued on a white label with matrix S-3230-B/MAR 101B. The record is in VG+ condition with some light surface marks, there are no heavier scratches.

Condition is generally VG to Ex.
CARAVAN - The first 2 studio LPs (1st UK pressings) from the celebrated Canterbury rockers. Titles are S/T (very scarce original UK Verve Forecast SVLP 6011 - VG with surface markings evident on both sides, some of which are heavier and a light scratch on track A2/VG with some creasing to the laminate which isn't that heavy) and If I Could Do It All Over Again, I'd Do It All Over You (1st UK SKL 5052 ? 1970 - VG with a few light surface marks and a scratch on side 2/VG some light staining on the reverse).
THE PINK FLOYD - THE PIPER AT THE GATES OF DAWN - 2ND UK MONO - Well presented example of the early 2nd UK pressing of the iconic 1967 LP (Columbia black/blue mono SX 6157). The record is in clean Ex condition with only a couple of very light and minor wispy markings, a very clean copy indeed. Matrix/stampers: XAX 3419-2 1 GG & 3420-1 1 GG. Complete with original EMI company inner. The 'File under popular' front laminated flipback sleeve is in VG condition - a clean example, there is a small tear on the opening edge and some tape covering this.
THE ROLLING STONES - THEIR SATANIC MAJESTIES REQUEST - An original UK mono pressing of the forward thinking 1967 LP (turquoise unboxed deep grooved Decca TXL 103). The record is in VG+ condition with some light surface/hairline markings that are mainly limited to side 2. Complete with Ex condition 'psych' inner. The lenticular sleeve is in clean Ex condition - a great example with only rather light edgewear.
VAN MORRISON - ASTRAL WEEKS - UK 1ST - A 1st UK stereo pressing of Van at his finest (Warner orange labels WS 1768). The record is in nice VG+ condition with a couple of light and minor surface markings; the labels are clean with some spindle markings. WS 1768 A-1 *T STEREO & B-2 * T matrix/etchings. The front laminated flipback sleeve is in VG condition with some wear to the laminate and stome staining on the reverse - there are certainly no rips or tears.

The record is in VG+ condition with some light surface markings - these are never heavier with no scratches. The sleeve is in VG+ condition with only a little wear to the edges and a 'Cowlings Leicester' sticker on the reverse.
THE IDLE RACE - THE BIRTHDAY PARTY (LBL 83132) - A clean 1st UK mono pressing of the 1968 LP from those cheeky Brummies! Released on the blue Liberty label (LBL 83132). The record is in VG+ condition - a glossy record with only a couple of light markings, there is some scuffing with the groove on track A7 (this cannot be felt). The gatefold sleeve is in Ex condition with a little wear on the bottom edge.

INDIAN SUMMER - S/T (NE 3) - Well presented eponymous LP on Neon from Indian Summer (UK original NE 3). The record is in VG+ condition with a couple of light surface marks - these are never heavier and there are no scratches to note. Complete with original black company inner. The gatefold sleeve is in VG condition with a paper tear on the front and another on the reverse top right where a price sticker looks to have been peeled off.
FRUUPP - THE PRINCE OF HEAVEN'S EYES - Extremely clean complete original UK copy of the 1974 LP (Dawn DNLH 2). The record is in extremely clean Ex+ with just one or two extremely faint, minor and wispy marks. Translucent 'yellow' light can be seen when viewed into a strong light source. Complete with excellent condition 16 page booklet. The gatefold sleeve is in very nice Ex condition with some very light wear to the edges.
