Andrew Park (20th/21st century) Australian, Cootamundra Gums, signed, oil on board, together with a further oil on board depicting Becca Woods by Eric Fawcett (2) Provenance: The Eric Fawcett was exhibited at the Paris Salon Exhibition in 1969The Andrew Park has some light surface dirt but otherwise appears in general good condition (it is behind glass and has not been examined out of the frame) The Eric Fawcett is covered in a layer of surface dirt, there are areas of bloom , especially evident within the orange paint to the trees on the left hand side and down the right hand side edge (see additional images)

A blue glass pedestal bowl, green glass vase, Royal Crown Derby Imari pattern bowl, etcBlue glass bowl - light scratches to interior of bowl, otherwise appears ok. Green glass vase - numerous scratches but no chips or cracks. Liqueur - appears in generally good ocndition commensurate with age. Glass vase - scratches to the foot and the interior of the bowl. Derby bowl - very mild rubbing, otherwise good. Bust - slightly crazed, otherwise ok.

20TH CENTURY RUSSIAN SCHOOL "Estuary landscape with moored vessels and figures with rowboat in foreground, hills rising in background", oil on canvas, unsigned, inscribed verso and with old label, 89 cm x 110 cm CONDITION REPORTS Has some yellowing streaks to the sand / pool at the bottom of the picture. General dirt, wear and tear, light surface scratches, etc all over. Appears to have been re-framed and there is some rubbing around the frame line. The frame has several knocks and bumps throughout.

Various light scratches. Would probably benefit from a light clean. Under UV light some areas showing up as yellow especially around the ship, dock and the sky but also elsewhere. (1819-1908) "Public gardens Gibraltar", a study with Elliot Memorial in foreground, figures promenading in the background, watercolour, titled bottom right and initialled, inscribed on "Fine Art Society Limited" label verso, dated March 1968, 34 cm x 52 cm CONDITION REPORTS Has some discolouration / fading to the edge of the picture near the mount. A couple of small areas or small spots of foxing. There is a watery like mark in the sky in the lower right hand corner. Otherwise general wear and tear to include dirt, etc conducive with age and use. Frame has some light knocks, etc. See images for further details.

A 19th Century mahogany Rudd style dressing table, the rising lid opening to reveal a fitted interior comprising easel mirror, pen and ink bottle stands, various secret drawers, brushing slide / writing slope, etc, above a combination of drawers, the bottom right hand drawer opening to reveal a tin lined interior with folding legs beneath, raised on square tapering legs to brass caps and castors, 40.3 cm x 48.7 cm x 89.5 cm CONDITION REPORTS Splits running along the top edge at the back and has been filled in the past. Dark scratches throughout, deep scratches throughout, light scratches throughout. Various scuffs, marks, impressed marks etc throughout. The top does not fit entirely flat and is slightly bowed, some damage to the moulding at the front. Some small replaced sections. Bottom left hand drawer has damage round the lock, There is a split down to the bottom of the right hand side. The interior with most of its fittings intact, there is a gap so could be missing two jars/bottles (assumed). Mirror is silvered. Various general signs of wear and tear throughout
ATTRIBUTED TO PENRY WILLIAMS (1802-1885) "Donkey", profile study, oil on canvas, unsigned, bears paper label "The Tryon Gallery Ltd Title "Donkey" Arist Penry Williams", 28.5 cm x 43 cm CONDITION REPORTS There is a scratch to the paintwork in the top left hand corner just above the eye approx 5 cm long and a similar vertical scratch near the ear and an area of roughness, glue like substance just above the donkey's mane. There is also another scratch in the top right hand corner just at the back of the donkey's tail on the outside edge and other light scratches throughout. There is a mark which looks like animal dirt in the bottom left hand corner and a bruise to the painting inbetween the donkey's front legs and a small raised nail head effect at the back of the donkey's rear leg. The whole painting has various scratches, dirt, marks, etc, throughout. Has been re-lined. See images for further details. Frame has knocks, chips and scuffs conducive with age and use.
20TH CENTURY CONTINENTAL SCHOOL "Park scene with figures around a fountain", oil on canvas, unsigned, 51 cm x 76.5 cm, together with three further works by the same hand (4) CONDITION REPORTS All four pictures have crazing to the paint work are in need of a clean - the canvas is visible underneath but this does not appear to be flaking but part of the artists' technique - see images for details. General wear and tear, to include some light scratches. The picture with the water to the front has a line of bare canvas on the right hand side as though it has slipped within the frame. Frames are all scuffed, knocked, repainted, joints loose etc. General wear and tear - see images for further details. Size including frames: Picture with trees and fountain in right hand corner - approx 89.5 cm x 60 cm. Picture with lake in foreground - approx 89.5 cm x 59.5 cm. Picture with large fountain in foreground and family group - approx 89 cm x 64.5 cm. Picture with the pathway leading to the lake in the foreground- approx 89.5 cm x 64.5 cm. All these measurements include the frames.
JAMES WEBB (1825-1895) "Fishing boat in rough seas by breakwater", oil on canvas, signed and dated 1866 bottom left, bears "Cider House Galleries" label verso, 92 cm x 153 cm CONDITION REPORTS Several areas of re-painting and has been re-lined. Crazing all over as well as areas of dirt etc. Re-painting in particular to the back end of the sail on the boat to the centre and a large patch in the skyline; various dots etc. all over. See images under UV light as well. Areas of dirt throughout. Frame has various chips and knocks and has been re-glued and mended in various places. See images for further details.
A 19th Century rectangular Provincial oak and pine tavern type table, the rectangular top with slightly chamfered edge, raised on X shaped end supports united by a stretcher, 120 cm x 71 cm CONDITION REPORTS Splits to the top in various places, deep scratches and dark marks. Light scratches, chips, worn edges particularly. Relatively sturdy on base. Some splits to the legs. Feet very worn and with losses. All over various signs of general wear and tear conducive with age and use.
S S CHURAKOV (20th Century) "Pumpkins and fruit in a basket", a still life study, oil on board, signed and dated '83 top left, inscribed verso and bears old labels, 56 cm x 64 cm CONDITION REPORTS Damage to the top right hand corner, chunk missing, damage to the paint, paint cracking and flaking top left hand corner, small amount of damage to the bottom right hand corner also. General light scratches, three areas appear grey under UV light to each pumpkin. All over slightly cloudy appearance under UV light. All over various general signs of wear and tear throughout - see photograph for type of board
FLORA LION (1880-1958) "Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother as Queen of The United Kingdom and The Dominions", seated in white silk dress, tiara and pearl necklace, her hands upon her lap, three-quarter length, portrait study, oil on canvas, signed bottom right, 111.5 cm x 86 cm (ARR) CONDITION REPORTS Has a large repair to the centre of the dress just below the hands in her lap. The two top corners where there is a curtain like effect are appearing very dark under UV light - unknown why - see images. Has general wear and tear, surface scratches, particularly to the background. There is a crack to the paint / canvas at the top of the painting approx 1" down dead centre and there are some dark brown marks approx 15 cm in from the right hand side in the bottom right hand corner in a vertical line. The entire painting has a white wash look about it - see images. Frame has general wear and tear, surface scratches, etc. See images for further details.
An early 20th Century Art Deco burr maple cocktail cabinet, the top opening to reveal a mirrored cocktail interior housing cocktail sticks and a lemon squeezer, over a single baize-lined drawer and two cupboard doors opening to reveal an interior for bottles, flanked by serpentine cupboard doors enclosing shelves with pink bakelite and white rimmed oval handles, raised on a plinth base, 152 cm wide x 107 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Condition generally good. Some light scratches and scuffs. Action on cocktail cabinet still works well. General small signs of wear and tear throughout. Unknown however, if electricals work. Approx 152 cm wide, 107 cm high and 58 cm deep
A scale model of the ship "TST Sir David Hunter", built by Fergus & Brothers Port Glasgow for South African Harbours and Railways 1906 bearing plaque inscribed as such, under a five sided glazed display case on a plinth base, 148 cm wide x 72 cm high over all CONDITION REPORTS Condition is generally good. Some light scratches throughout, general small signs of wear and tear throughout. Unable to comment on whether this is a ship builder's model or one done by a hobbyist. Unable to comment on age although it would appear the decoration on the hatches on the top of the ship are printed so this may give some idea. This item has come from a bankcruptcy job so we know no further details.
