THE KINKS - ARE THE VILLAGE GREEN PRESERVATION SOCIETY LP (ORIGINAL UK MONO PRESSING - NPL 18233). Neat example original UK mono copy of the iconic 1968 LP from The Kinks. The record (Pye blue/black text labels mono NPL 18233) is in glossy VG+ condition showing a few surface marks that are moreover noted on side 2 - these are not heavier with no scratches. Matrix: NPL 18233 A-13 W (partly crossed out) 3♢W & NPL 18233 B-3♢W. The original mono gatefold sleeve is in VG condition - showing some creases and some general edge/shelfwear with a a couple of light paper tears on the spine edge.

THE KINKS - ARE THE VILLAGE GREEN PRESERVATION SOCIETY LP (ORIGINAL SWEDISH PRESSING NSPL 18233). Here's another desirable copy of the classic Kinks album, this an original Scandi Swedish pressing from '68 (Pye NSPL 18233). The record is in lovely Ex condition - the playing surfaces nice and clean showing the occasional light and minor hairline surface mark. Matrix (machine stamped): NSPL 18233 A-1 T STEREO & NSPL 18233 B-1 T STEREO. The original sleeve is in very neat VG+ condition with some light ringwear on the reverse and a couple of light creases.
FAIRFIELD PARLOUR - FROM HOME TO HOME LP (ORIGINAL UK VERTIGO SWIRL PRESSING - 6360 001). A top original Vertigo Swirl copy of the wonderful 1970 LP from post-Kaleidoscope outfit Fairfield Parlour. The record (large swirl 6360 001) is in sharp Ex condition showing just a couple of very light and minor hairline surface marks, these absolutely never heavier in nature. With og swirl inner. The original textured gatefold sleeve is in neat VG+ condition with some light edgewear and foxing and an old price in pen on the reverse.
An Edwardian oak and silver plate mounted galleried twin handled tray, with vacant central oval panel, length 62cm, and a further plated twin handled tray, length 64cm (2).Additional InformationTarnishing to the plate on both but the oak is in good order, both have some light surface scratches.
JAMES DIXON & SONS; a Victorian hallmarked silver three piece tea service, each with chased scrollling and floral detail surrounding vacant cartouches, length of teapot 27cm, Sheffield 1867, approx 44.7ozt/1393g.Additional InformationPlease note this item cannot be posted outside of the UK as it has ivory terminals, light scratches, scuffs.
THOMAS HAYTER; a George III hallmarked silver three piece tea service with gadrooned decoration, raised on ball feet, London 1811/12, approx 38.7ozt/1206g.Additional InformationTarnishing, minimal wear, one of the handles on the sugar bowl is slightly misshapen. Tepot spout with a knock and misshaping, both to the tip of the spout and the lower section, some further pitting, hallmarks on the teapot clear. Sugar bowl marks slightly rubbed, first letter of the maker's mark rubbed, date mark partially rubbed, some further rubbing, although the content of the remaining marks legible. Similar to the cream jug marks first letter rubbed, some further rubbing to the remaining marks although they are still legible. Overall surface scratches, some light nicks and knocks as is usual with period silver, tarnish, polish residue.
THOMAS WHIPHAM & CHARLES WRIGHT; a George III hallmarked silver baluster shaped coffee pot, with repoussé and cast floral detail surrounding vacant cartouches, London 1761, weight approx. 31.26ozt/972g, with a silver plated dish cross (2).Additional InformationThe stand is at fault with numerous dents, wear and knocks, the pot is generally in good condition with light wear, scratches and scuffs. The handle has been split.
JOSEPH RODGERS & SONS; an Edward VII hallmarked silver Arts & Crafts 1 & 1/2 pint hot water pot with side handle and heart shaped joint, engraved initial A, Sheffield 1902, height 21cm, weight approx 18.90ozt/587g.Additional InformationTarnishing, very minor denting, light scratches and general wear. The handle is slightly loose but is still fixed.
BARKER BROS SILVER LTD; a George V hallmarked silver bowl with cast rim and planished decoration to the body, Birmingham 1928, together with a hallmarked silver mustard with blue glass liner, capstan inkwell and cigarette case with Art Deco style decoration, weighable 10.5ozt/321g (4).Additional InformationTarnishing wear, minor dents, the base is separating from the Capstan Inkwell, it is also filled, the hinged cover is sticking on the inkwell, light scratches and wear.
A & E PARSONS; a Britannia standard Arts & Crafts George V hallmarked silver sugar bowl and cover with beaten design, London 1919, diameter 13.5cm, height 9cm, approx 18.12ozt/363.7g. Provenance: purchased from Bourdon-Smith Ltd.Additional InformationIn very good condition, good, clear hallmarks, just some very light surface marks.
D GARREAU; a late 18th century French Empire silver twin handled sugar basket with blue liner and cover featuring pierced and scrolling foliate decoration, with two muses to either side, the knopped and waisted stem to square section base on four ball feet, Silversmiths Association mark to cover and body with 'D.G.' within lozenge marks to body, height 26cm, approx (excluding liner) 14.7ozt/460g.Additional InformationThe rim of the body with dents, knocks and misshaping, the lid also with a pronounced dent, further light scratches, nicks and tarnishing throughout. The has historically been gilding almost all of which has rubbed off. Liner with a chip to the rim, some further tiny nibbles. It is silver.

GUCCI; a taupe and cream 100% silk scarf with horse bits and snaffle decoration, a large light blue and grey wool scarf, a black, blue and gold monogrammed scarf and a sky blue Ralph Lauren scarf with horse bridles and stirrup decoration, 45 x 45cm (4).Additional InformationAll scarves are in good condition.

A matched three piece hallmarked silver mounted and tortoiseshell dressing table set comprising hand mirror (af), brush and clear glass vanity jar, various makers and dates (3).Additional InformationThe mirror has a split to the upper section of the handle, otherwise, some dents, knocks, some light scratches. The tortoiseshell appears to be in generally good condition, with some light surface marks, scratches, etc.

The second box with additional light surface wear, some vert minor knocks.
A 19th Century continental white metal circular box, the lid with bright cut detail inscribed 'JK', housing four white metal tokens bearing German text/verse relating to pride before a fall featuring a fox to reverse, unmarked, box diameter 3.5cm, also a hallmarked silver double sovereign case (af) and a silver curb link pocket watch chain with T-bar and fob medal, approx 3.8ozt/120g. Additional InformationThe sovereign case badly af, lid badly split and overall heavily dented, continental box with some light impacts, scratches and nicks, the pocket watch chain does not have a fastening link, has been broken off or lost so will need attention, further usual wear.
NATHANIEL MILLS; a Victorian hallmarked silver card case with chased decoration surrounding central cartouche with engraved initial 'H', London 1851, 10 x 7.25cm, approx 2.66ozt/83g.Additional InformationHinge of lid very loose, no tension whatsoever, this will need attention, as such, does not remain closed. In general extremely loose. Is not in danger of becoming dettached from the body. Some further knocks throughout, including to the lid, particularly corners and edges, there are light scratches again particularly to the corners and edges, no major compressions but there are dents. The right side of the lid when viewed from the obverse does have some compression and a dent. Further wear commensurate with age and use throughout.

THOMAS EDWARDS; a George IV hallmarked silver vinaigrette of rounded rectangular form, with engine turned linear decoration surrounding a circular cartouche with engraved initials MM, the hinged cover enclosing a gilded pierced grille, London 1821, length 3cm, approx 0.43ozt/13.4g.Additional InformationMinimal surface wear and light scratches, one corner of the vinaigrette has been pierced to the hinge cover, minor denting.
ALFRED TAYLOR; a Victorian hallmarked silver vinaigrette of rectangular form with chased detail, the hinged cover enclosing a pierced grille, Birmingham 1867, approx weight 18.7g.Additional InformationEngraved with initials E.J to the cover, light scratching, but overall good clean condition.
