†GEOFFREY KEY (born 1941); oil on canvas, 'The Cafe Bar', signed and dated 02, 59 x 49cm, framed.Condition Report: Light wear, scuffs and marks to the frame, the reverse of the canvas with damp speckles which have not gone through to the opposite side. The colours are strong, image presented well.
PIERRE ADOLPHE VALETTE (FRENCH 1876-1942); oil on board, goat and goat herd under trees, signed lower right, 33 x 24cm, bears Tib Lane Gallery label verso, with exhibition date October 1976, framed and glazed.Condition Report: Light wear to the frame, the main image is good, scuffs to the frame and mount, discolouration to the mount but the main image is good.
†KEN HOWARD OBE PPNEAC RA RBA RBSA ROII RWA (1932-2022); a very large oil on canvas, railway sidings, signed, 45cm x 183cm, framed. PROVENANCE; private collection in South Devon, the family formerly hung the work in their Manchester boardroom.Condition Report: We believe it is a Manchester scene but can not confirm exactly. Dimensions of the image are correct, overall size is 56cm x 193cm inclusive of the frame. The small white lines to the left of the large chimney just off to the right of the centre of the image are original elements to the painting. Painted surface in good condition, frame with some light wear and knocks.
†NORMAN WILKINSON CBE (1878-1971); oil on canvas, ‘Yachts at Sea’, signed, 60 x 80cm, framed, bears stencil mark to the back of the stretcher and label for the Society of Maritime Artists, with a price for £105.Condition Report: The painting has been examined under UV light and appears ok. There is perhaps the smallest of indentations to the canvas on the right, nothing Lightly grubby and does not appear to be cut down.
A Victorian brass bound walnut domed top box, with replacement lined interior, width 23.5cm, depth 13cm, height 16cm.Condition Report: General light patina to the surface of the exterior expected of age. A couple of slight splits and wear around the base edges and underside. Lining to the interior is not original.

WHITE, 20 COCKSPUR STREET, LONDON; a 19th century Gothic Revival carved walnut cased bracket clock, with carved finials above the carved case, the shaped silvered dial bearing Roman numerals and three subsidiary dials, the movement chiming on eight bells, complete with matching carved walnut bracket, overall height 97cm, height of clock 74cm.Condition Report: Age wear tarnishing to the moulding around the face, the case with age wear cracks to the veneer, scratch to the top the joint to the bottom left is open, but nothing serious, grill to the back door with age wear tarnishing, movement with general light age wear tarnishing and gong with slight rusting, despite faults overall appearance good please see additional images.
A 19th century oak cased four glass bracket clock, the silvered dial set with Roman numerals and fusee movement, height 25cm, width 19cm, depth 14cm.Condition Report: The case appears to be rather clean although there is a minor loss to the edge so the back door, age wear tarnishing and light scratches to the face, overall fair condition.
THOMAS CHAPPELL, LONDON; a George III ebonised bracket clock with four gilt acorn finials above the single glazed door with pierced brass panels enclosing the brass dial with oval panel signed Tho. Chappell, with silvered chapter ring bearing Arabic and Roman numerals and subsidiary date and strike/silent dials, with twin fusee movements, height 58cm.Condition Report: Metal mounts with expected age wear tarnishing and ebonised areas with light age wear rubbing, some marks and slight knocks. Top section with a few minor hair line cracks. Morton left corner of door with a slight chip. Silvered chapter ring, subsidiary dial and name plate with light tarnishing and wear. Lock plate to the door is not original and hinges to the door have additional screws. Small chip to the wood around the arch of the dial but this is hidden when the door is closed. Movement clean and bright, backplate with holes which do not connect to mechanism suggesting alteration to the movement. Back right foot with a fatigue crack, 58cm with the handle up, we cannot guarantee full working order.
A late 19th century walnut and ebonised eight day mantel clock, with enamel Roman numeral dial and movement striking on a bell, height 27cm, with a Victorian black slate eight day mantel clock and an American thirty hour timepiece for Forestville Conn (3).Condition Report: All with general light age wear consistent with age and use, the enamel dial to the walnut clock with some hairline cracks, the glass door to the American clock with some degrading and with some general knocks to the case on this clock, we cannot guarantee that the clocks are in full working order.
A 19th century French brass cased repeating carriage clock, the enamelled dial set with Roman numerals inside a chased decorated case, inscribed R.L. Crosse, 52nd Light Infantry to the underside, fitted in leather carrying case.Provenance: .Condition Report: Slight tarnishing throughout the case otherwise overall condition fair, we do not guarantee full working order. Case with Bernal wear and rubbing. The side locking bars are not original and presentation engraving to the brass handle plate.
An 18th century style oak dresser, the raised back with three shelves and off white painted panelling, above two drawers and pot shelf, on block feet, height 206cm, width 115cm, depth 44cm.Condition Report: Some light fading to the wood and general scuffs and scratches through use but overall appearance fair, some water marks to the lower shelf.
A George III oak bureau, with fall front enclosing a fitted interior above three short and three long drawers, on bracket feet, height 102cm, width 94cm, depth 50cm.Condition Report: Repair around the lock plate to the upper section and also replaced lock to the fall front, the handles may not be original, general age wear patina with some fading, light marks, scuffs, etc, consistent with age and use but overall fair.
A George III mahogany freestanding corner cabinet, with moulded cornice above two pairs of astragal glazed doors, on ogee bracket feet, height 225cmCondition Report: A good strong colour throughout. The glass is not original and the locks are replacements. Some repair to veneer around the escutcheons. Stripped and recoloured interior but not recently. General light age wear patina to the surface, perhaps a little heavier to the ogre feet.
An Edwardian mahogany and floral inlaid serpentine freestanding corner cupboard with glazed upper section and panelled lower door raised on shaped tapering legs.Condition Report: The door with a hole and a split to the left hand side. General light age wear patina but overall fair. Height is 141cm and width is 71cm.
A 19th century marble topped rosewood chiffonier, with a pair of glazed doors enclosing shelves, width 100cm, depth 36cm, height 92cm.Condition Report: Marble top tired with marks, wear and chips to the edges throughout. Base section better with expected light age wear. Material to the backs of the doors is not original.
An early 20th century brass oil lamp with veined Vaseline glass shade and painted milk glass reservoir on turned column, terminating on a shaped circular plinth base, height including chimney 71cm.Condition Report: The shade is in good condition, light wear and tarnishing to the brass, scratches and scuffs. The reservoir is good.
