Plus a loose Newmarket Race Horse Transporter (979). In light grey and yellow livery with yellow wheels, complete with two horses. Some wear to box. GC-VGC some light wear only. See Plate 7

A Pair of George V Silver Mounted Whisky Tots, Asprey & Co Ltd, London 1918, with tapering glass bodies and hinged silver mounts, one with an associated label inscribed Whisky, 10.5cm high Marks: 7/10 Makers marks poorly struck/light in the central part of the mark, other marks are ok. Inside of lids are marked ASPREY LONDON Glass and silver are in good order

A Distinguished Service Order and K.C.B. Group of seven to Lt. Colonel Frederick Landsdowne Morrison H.L.I. medals - war and victory, `14 -`18 star, Coronation medal 1911 and Volunteer Officer`s decoration, in mahogany and glass fronted display case. Frederick Morrison was born in 1863, the family home at `Ashcaig` Great Western Road. His father James was a well known auctioneer. Frederick graduated M.A. in 1883, he studied law and graduated LLB on 29th April, 1887. When WWI broke out, at the age of 51, he mobilised with the 5th Highland Light Infantry on August 4th 1914, served in Gallipoli, Egypt and Palestine. He rose to the rank of Brevet-Colonel, mentioned in dispatches, awarded the D.S.O. and made a companion of the Order of The Bath (CB). He died on 22nd December 1917 in Alexandria, aged 54
