Mark Lloyd Riddell, a metal sculpture Hovercraft light fitting, inscribed with monogram and dated '95, 55 x 25cm Footnote:- These lamps were made by the young Scottish sculptor Mark Riddell. Mark drank in the Nineties in the Port of Leith, the legendary hostelry run by Mary Moriarty. The lamps were made over many months and hung for thirty years in the pub. The pub became more popular and has been frequented by Irvine Welsh (who later had it featured in his novels as 'The Port Sunshine Bar', and run by 'Sick Boy'). David Mamet, Donovan. Featured in a film 'New Town Killers with Dougray Scott and been the subject of countless articles and radio shows.
A Buttoned Brown Leather Chesterfield Four Seater Sofa, 214cm by 95cm by 76cm, together with a matching button brown leather over sized stool, 130cm by 80cm by 40cmSofa with some light scuffs and scratches. No tears or heavy wear. Structurally sound and clean.The stool likewise but with a little more wear and cracking to the leather. The leather of one button hanging loose.
A Brass-Bound Campaign Mahogany Pedestal Desk, with green leather inset top, 120cm by 57cm by 77cmOverall in very good clean condition. Some marks and slight scratches to the leather. Very light polish wear and fading. Drawers all running but could do with the runners waxing. The top removes from the pedestals.
A Mahogany Teapoy, by Gillows of Lancaster, with a rectangular lifting top enclosing a sectioned interior and glass mixing bowl, on turned and foliage support, shaped rectangular base and fluted bun feet, stamped GILLOWS LANCASTER, 44cm by 34cm by 73cmTop with numerous old scratches. Loss to the moulding on the bottom left-hand side. Loss to the beading on the right-hand corner. A few knocks to the feet. Some light fading to the top of the platform but otherwise OK. The lock is an original Bramah lock which works but is a little stiff. With key. Hinges have been replaced. No additional supports added. No sign of worm. Glass bowl- there is only one, unknown as to if it is original to the piece but is fits very well. The bowl has a loss to the foot.
A Yorkshire Oak Table Lamp, of adzed wedge form and with a Yorkshire rose motif, on a sheild plaque, label to the reverse ''made from oak of the 15th century York minster tower, restored in 1969'', 15cm to fittingTimber in good condition, light wear and scratches. Previously with two-core wiring, now cut-off at the base. The plaque appears to be made of moulded resin.

Late 19th Century ceramic charger by Hancock & Son Worcester, polychrome painted with an Aesthetic influence design, with label to the reverse ' Agnes Fergusson, Japanese Design, Howell & James Art Pottery Exhibition 1885', 39cm diameterThere is heavy decoration wear around the rim and around an inch in from the rim. The middle of the plate has light decoration wear and there is crazing all over.
Bernard Moore – Vase of footed globe and shaft form with high-fired copper glaze in shades of ox-blood and purple on a pale body; together with another of onion form with flambé glaze in shades of mottled ox-blood, grey and mauve, both painted ‘Bernard Moore’ to the base, 15cm high– The red and white piece has crazing and pockmarks all over. The red piece has light scratches in multiple places and a heavy series of scratches in a concentrated area of ½ cm x ½ cm. There are also pockmarks present.
Bernard Moore – Vase of globe and shaft form with flared neck with mottled blue green glaze to the exterior and red to the interior and base, printed mark, 10cm high; together with a Howson flambé double gourd vase, with speckled ochre over ox-blood glaze, inscribed ‘Howson 1911’ with monogram, 12cm highThe Blue piece has a semi-circle scratch on the bulb and light scratches all over. There is a large production flaw on the underside of the bulb close to the base and a few other minor production flaws all over.The Red piece has two large chips on the rim of the base. There is a hairline crack that has ringed around the piece and there is crazing all over. There is a small repaired chip on the rim.
Pair of George VI Art Deco silver quaichs, London, 1938, 203.6g approx, together with a toddy ladleThe pair of quaiches have light all over and heavy scratches inside the bowls. The ladle has an impressed dent where the handle meets the bowl. The join between the silver part of the handle and the other has a gap and a very small piece missing. There are nicks and scuffs on the second part of the handle as well as natural imperfections. The nib at the end of the handle is heavily tarnished.

Overall solid but used condition, showing light signs of wear throughout - mostly to the top surface - including scuffs, scrapes, fading, staining, etc.
