ROBERT JOHNSON - TERRAPLANE BLUES (VOCALION ACETATE). Here we have a lovely, rare, single-sided 78RPM acetate of Terraplane Blues by Robert Johnson. The acetate used to be the property of DJ Dewey Phillips who played it on his radio station in Memphis, Tennessee in the 1940s - early 1950s. The acetate is in lovely Ex condition with a few scuffs and light marks on the playing surface. The run-out surface has been inscribed. The centre label is clearly old but still clear and clean.

A firing line to the underside of the foot, approximately 1cm in length. Some black pitting/ grittiness to the glaze in the well and underside of the base. No other cracks or chips.

The inside gilt is quite grubby and marked in places, could do with a clean. Please see the added photos online.

Flintlock blunderbuss pistol, 15cm brass barrel marked Exeter Change London, steel lockplate marked Clarke, walnut stock with hatched grip, engraved brass trigger guard, fitted with a spring bayonet to the barrel.Condition report:Stock is good, clearly some age marks and some dents on the butt, spring bayonet works some light rusting towards the tip, barrel is good, lock has slight rusting but all works well.

Joined oak dresser base, basically late 18th Century, fitted with two deep frieze drawers, with recessed geometric mouldings, shaped apron, cabriole legs, with a matched two-shelf delft rack, width 126cm, depth 48cm, height 185cm.Condition report:The height to the top of the base is 75cm. The rack detaches from the base. There are some old worm holes to the rack on the top edge. The top of the base has some chips and cracks to the top. The edges of the drawers area bit chippedi in places. Both draws move freely. Light ribbing and marking to the edges all over.
