The record is in superlative Ex+ condition showing only a couple of extremely minor, faint and wispy paper marks to the beautifully clean and glossy playing surfaces. With sharp and clean labels showing only a few spindle marks. The original foldout picture cover is in impressive Ex+ condition showing only a little discolouration to the edges, a little very minor ringwear and one or two very minor 'folds' - it would not be correct to call these creases as they are only very light in nature. Absolutely no need to upgrade here.
