Five pieces of studio pottery, comprising: a Christine Ann Richards (b.1949) crackle-glazed bowl, impressed initials to the underside, 13cm diameter; a Rachel Foxwell slab-built vase, initials to underside, 20.5cm high; a Peta Bailey studio pottery bowl, 24cm wide; a glazed goblet, 17cm high; and a vase decorated with fish, 9cm high (5) ARRThe Christine Ann Richards bowl with crazing to the outer glaze, and a circular indent with small bubbles to the lower quarter of the exterior bowl, probably from the manufacturing process and not easily visible when viewing the bowl on a tabletop surface. A small firing flaw to the underside of the |Peta Bailey bowl. The other pieces in good condition with light scratching to the bases.

W.A.S. Benson, British, 1854-1924, a brass kettle, stand and burner, c.1900, stamped WASB with hammers in a shield, the kettle having an overhead cane-bound handle, the three-legged stand united by a hoop that supports the burner; together with a Benson twin-handled sugar bowl and a milk jug, both with stamped marks and RD. No 398954, the kettle and stand 23.5cm high (3)Provenance: Sheldon Shapiro & Co. 26th February 2003; the Estate of the late Herbert Kennard (1919-2021)Kettle & Stand. A few old marks and scratches and general wear in keeping with age and some use. The wicker covering with some surface peeling to few stands, but still intact, some staining and colour variation. Stand base with appropriate wear, the hinge on the burner is a little loose.Bowl & Jug: a few marks and scratches and light natural wear in keeping with age. Plated interior to jug is rubbed.
