A Philips 12" terrestrial globe, Browne & Nolan, Dublin, c.1900, on ebonised stand Condition: The globe is discoloured with a "yellowish" hue, the ebonised stand has slight wear on the sharp raised mouldings, showing slight light line. The globe is a little loose in the stand, showing some damage around the opening, there are some "bruises" to the globe, the worst about 2cm in diameter, and some "scuffing"

Ayers, London wooden The Usborne patent Croquet Carrier Stand, with four mallets, balls and marker, 146cm wideOverall condition is complete, with nice light signs of use and age, with worn paint and marks to the timber, as expected with age. It appears to be complete and undamaged. Clearly stamped.
An Italian black formica Alveo coffee table, circa 1970's, by Willy Rizzo for Mario Sabot, of rectangular shape, with a recessed centre128w x 80d x 35h cm Overall condition is dirty, with general light signs of use/wear but no obvious damage or repairs. The central recess is filled with gravel. Removed from a local house clearance, where it was in use, so unrestored.
A George III mahogany chest of drawers, 120cm wide, together with a 19th century toiletry mirror (2)120w x 58d x 108h cmOverall condition looks to be complete and usable. Drawers run ok. Locks are in place, but no key. The timber is slightly dry and faded, with light marks. The bottom drawer has a split in the base.
Manner of Sir Peter Lely (Pieter van der Faes), 1618-1680, a half-length portrait of a gentleman, leaning on a table, oil on canvas, 125 x 100cmOverall condition looks to be clean and complete. There is a frame and swag in the background, behind the sitter, which is difficult to see in the images. The gum strip around the back looks to be from the last twenty years or so, suggesting it has been remounted. The canvas has been lined and the painting cleaned from what we can see, so it is difficult to ascertain the age. Judging by the labels of the stretcher it appears to be at least 19th century, but the frame could be older. There is a fine crazing within the painted surface and the lower edge 4cm wide may have been repainted in areas towards the centre. The frame is complete but marked and dirty with light overall losses. It was collected from a local house move, having been inherited through the family.

Some light marks to the frames.
Style of Charles Waltham, evening oriental town street with carriages, indistinctly signed and dated 1914, oil on canvas, 22 x 30cmOverall condition is complete, but with some dark specks, visible on the front and back of the canvas. Fine crazing within the paint. Canvas appears dirty. Signature looks like Charles Waltham, but it is difficult to be certain. Frame is modern but complete few a few light marks.

Light signs of having been worn. Hallmarks are clear. Each pear shape measures approximately 13 x 10mm across.
A Georgian style leather upholstered button back wing armchair, mid 20th century, on square legsOverall condition is complete and solid. Slightly dirty, with a small hole visible to the diamond on the back of the seat near the top. The back has various dents and marks, where it appears to have been pushed against other furniture in the house. Several deep creases to the seat, most noticably to the front edge and seat base. Light marks to the wooden legs from use. Collcedt from a local house, so unrestored.
A Bulgari 18 carat white gold ring, of plain ribbed design, inscribed to one side, 5.8g, size P, in original boxOverall condition is complete. It is marked twice to each side. Under a glass it has general light wear from being worn and the plating is worn at the edges slightly. Hallmarks are clear inside.
An 18th century Welsh oak dresser, having a boarded back, over an arrangement of short drawers and cupboards, on bracket feet, accompanied by a copy of a photograph showing the dresser in the family home circa 1914.166w x 48d x 205h cmOverall condition is complete, solid and usable. The back boards have been covered with a dark paper. The front edge of the base has been repaired. Drawers run ok, but have later kite shaped escutcheon plates. Some locks in place, but no keys. Quite a few light marks, knocks and losses, most noticably to corners and edges. Handles replaced. Generally dry and dirty, having come straight from a house clearance, so unrestored. Has been in the same family since the 19th century.
An early 20th century silver and blue guilloche enamel ladies compact, 45mm diameter, together with an early 20th century glass and pique decorated scent bottle, inscribed to the lid Wembley 1924 (2)Compact is in complete condition. Enamel looks to be ok. Lid is stiff, but does open. Hallmarks are rubbed, making them difficult to read. Jar has light chips to the glass and lid is loose and worn.
