An Edwardian walnut dressing table, the mirror within an arch-top frame between turned and fluted supports with moulded spandrels above gallery drawers, the moulded top above two frieze drawers, raised on turned and fluted supports, all carved with aesthetic movement influence details picked out in gilt, 122cm wide x 60cm deep x 161cm high, top height 75.5cm.Condition report: There are some minor cosmetic marks and blemishes consistent with age and use. The gilt is a little rubbed in places. The mirror plate has some light spotting throughout - not disfiguring.
A large light oak dresser cabinet by Venables Brothers, Cheswardine, the ogee cornice and plain frieze above a panelled back having three shelves flanked by glazed cupboard doors, the base with plain top above four short drawers over four panelled cupboard doors, raised on block feet, 238cm wide x 51cm deep x 217cm high.Condition report: Good overall with only negligible signs of use.

Clarice Cliff; three items of Newport decorative pottery to include a table lamp of baluster ribbed form, moulded with pink, blue and purple flowers against an ivory ground with powder blue rim, height to top of light fitting 28cm, a cylindrical vase of the same design on conical base, height 19cm and a vase with wide trumpet bowl and moulded green, pink, blue and purple flowers to the base, powder blue rim, height 17cm, all with printed mark to base (3).
A 19th century mahogany break-front chiffonier bookcase, the top comprising a pair of glazed doors enclosing three adjustable shelves and flanked by simple carved detail above a base of one long drawer and two panelled doors, raised on plinth base, height approx 200 x 104 x 41cm. CONDITION REPORT Overall solid but used condition, the internal shelves are scratched and stained. There is light surface wear to the break front with a small area of slightly deeper scratches to the left hand side. The base section has scuff marks from the doors on the plinth base and further wear to the corners of the plinth and the corners of the upright section of the base cabinet, all commensurate with age and use.

A reproduction Georgian-style mahogany bookcase, with four astragal glazed doors, raised on bracket feet, 106 x 190 x 37cm. CONDITION REPORT There are cut-aways in the back corners of the bookcase, as if had been fitted into a specific place. There are minor signs of old worm damage to the cut-away boarding on the upper right section of the back. The shelves have some light fading to the front and other light surface wear throughout.
A 22ct yellow gold and three stone sapphire ring, size K, approx 3.5g. CONDITION REPORT Hallmarked believed to be for Birmingham 1900. The sapphires are quite dark in colour, have light surface abrasions and are dirty. They are in star-cut settings and there are various scratches to the band itself.
An 18ct yellow gold sapphire and diamond circular floral set ring, size N1/2 and a further yellow metal sapphire and diamond ring stamped 750, size O, approx 6.7g (2). CONDITION REPORT Both sapphires are very dark indeed, the diamonds are too small really to grade or comment on, but you can see through a loupe that they are heavily included. Light surface scratches to both bands.
Four 9ct yellow gold rings including a broad wedding band, size T, two signet rings and an eternity ring, combined approx 10.3g (4). CONDITION REPORT the wedding band has light surface scratches. The two signet rings are very badly misshapen and have heavy wear to the platform. The eternity ring also has wear throughout and the stones are synthetic.
A modern pine bedroom suite comprising a six-drawer twin pedestal desk with associated triptych mirror, raised on two small drawers, a chest of two short over four long drawers, raised on bracket feet and a modern telephone table with one short over two long drawers, raised on a plinth base (4). CONDITION REPORT Overall solid but used condition, with a significant scratch to the top of the desk. Further light surface wear throughout, with various signs of light use.
A reproduction satin wood line inlaid mahogany serpentine fronted two-drawer side table, raised on square tapering legs to spade feet, 85 x 114 x 55cm. CONDITION REPORT Quite a lot of sun bleaching throughout. The top has several areas of staining and light surface scratches. There is a small scuff to the front of the table top and further fading, staining, etc to the drawer fronts. Further scuffs, scrapes, etc to the legs.

A large clear cut glass crystal table lamp of mushroom shape, the heavy upper shade suspended on a bronze three-arm two-light assembly, raised on baluster column, on domed cut base, height to top of shade approx 48cm. CONDITION REPORT There is a slight nibble to the underside of the lamp base. Not tested.
John Fraser, Aberdeen; a late 18th/early 19th century eight-day longcase clock, the circular painted dial set with Roman numerals and two subsidiary dials, above an arched door and stepped plinth base, height 197cm. CONDITION REPORT The hood has two slots for finials, which are missing. There are various splits to the circular wooden trim on the hood door. Further light surface wear including scuffs, scrapes, sun bleaching, staining, etc throughout commensurate with age.
A large Victorian carved oak mirror back sideboard, the upper section mounted with a broken swan neck pediment carved with acanthus leaf decoration above triple bevelled mirror plates, with an assortment of shelves and carved acanthus leaf baluster supports, above a base with bowed central section comprising two drawers above two fielded panelled doors flanked by a drawer above a further fielded panelled door, raised on turned feet, with profuse swag, urn and acanthus leaf carving, 230 x 184 x 58cm. CONDITION REPORT Overall good condition, there are some signs of light surface scratches to the shelves. There is a split to the frame of the central mirror plate in the lower left and lower right corners. There is a small splinter from the front right corner of the base section missing and further light surface wear commensurate with age.
Various collectibles of religious interest to include a late 19th/early 20th century plated thurible and oval boat, a Bishop's cross formerly belonging to Fabian Jackson, the Bishop of Trinidad & Tobago (given to the family of the vendor by him), two other crosses, an unusual cross in the form of Christ mounted on a body of a crossbow, on white metal chain, two other crosses on leather strap and beaded strap, a lead figure of Christ, height 9cm, a gilt carved wall-hanging figure of a saint (made in Spain) and two copper and wood printing blocks of religious interest, one titled 'The Golden Gate' with a Middle Eastern design and script, the other depicting maiden riding two horses through water with a ray of light from crescent above (8).
