A Victorian elm seat, ash and fruitwood Windsor chair, having a pierced vase splatback, dish seat, and crinoline stretcher; together with two other similar elm seat and yew wood single chairs, with crinoline stretchers (3)Condition report: Armchair – some old splits (notably to the right side of the seat), very slight wobble but generally intact and useable.First side chair – split to the top of the central splat, repair lower down the splat, signs of light and old woodworm to the seat, otherwise sturdy and useable.Second side chair – more severe signs of old woodworm to the seat, central splat has been repaired, one leg is badly split and there is a wobble due to uneven legs.

A Regency mahogany and marble topped fitted chiffonier, the veined rouge marble having a reeded edge and above twin recessed panelled doors, within acanthus leaf capped and fluted pilasters enclosing well-fitted interior with three flights of eight drawers, w,125cm, d.42cm, h.94cmCondition report: The front is faded when compared with the sides.The drawers are 20th century addition.The marble has some very minor chips to two of the corners.Height to the marble top is 90.5cm.A section of cockbeading is missing across the bottom between the feet and to the sides.Splits are emerging to both sides.The marble has some light surface scratches, a white circular mark and a small crack to the back left.Overall the quality is very good and the condition is OK.
