Yorkshire in their only innings made 204 all out with Denton making 73 and J. Gunn taking 5-49 for Nottinghamshire. In their first innings Nottinghamshire were all out for 13, (which is still the lowest score for Nottinghamshire and fourth in the overall first class list), W.Rhodes took 6-4 and S.Haigh 4-8. Following on Nottinghamshire made 178 all out with Iremonger top scoring with 55, G. Hirst taking 6-26. Yorkshire won by an innings and thirteen runs. Printed by Charles H. Richards, Nottingham/ J.W. It comes with a key.

The main body has some chipping and scraching to the edges and corners. The book has some slight cracking to veneer in places, and some chipping to the bottom rim edge. The face is rummbed, the roman numerals have some paint loss. The surface of the paint is bubbled and flaking to the to bottom left corner. There is light crazing to most of the face. It is sold as untested. It comes with pendulim (detached end) and two wieghts, but no key for the front door.
