Axe: An Indian all steel 'TABARZIN' (saddle axe) typical of those used by armoured Indian Cavalry in the 18th & 19th centuries. Heavy iron construction overall. Length approx 22". Simple Indian warrior decoration. Vertical shaft spoke and spike to rear of axe blade. The whole with light pitting and age patination giving every appearance of some age. This is a decorative item of some age. Viewing recommended. Sold as seen.
