L Grazi (19th/20th century) Italian (?)Inspecting the collectionIndistinctly signed, oil on canvas 64cm by 57cm CONDITION REPORT: in an overall reaaonable to good state of preservation, some serface dirt and discoloured varnish there is a horizonal pushmark/tear which perforated the canvas approx 1.5cm above the outstretched foot of the gentelman in the yellow overcoat. and approx 5cm in length.,some subtle buckling to mostly top right hand corner, monor rubbing to some edges next to frame and canvas slightly adrift especially along lower edge. some isolated areas of fine and stable craquelure with a degree of slightly more pronounced ripling of the canvas along upper band. not examined with a uv light.

A Chinese Lacquer and Silk Mandarin Fan, mid 19th century, the silk panels embroidered with birds, insects and foliage, the lacquer sticks and guards decorated in shades of gilt with landscape panels, birds, objects and foliage, 28cm long, in a fitted lacquer case with gilt decoration and silkwork panel CONDITION REPORT: . Some loss to the feather attached to the fringe of the leaves, also with fraying and some tears to the blue banding at this point. Silk with very light staining. Needlework good. Sticks with wear only, no cracks or repairs. Case with wear and numerous edge chips throughout. One vertical crack to the rear right corner of the base. Clasp loose but functions, tool lacking to push the clasp open.

A Mahogany cased light and darkwood strung Longcase Clock, the eight day movement by ''Simmons, Aberdare'' having a painted face with Roman numerals, inset second hand below the 12 o'clock position and semi-circular date register below, the movement is severely distressed as is the pendulum, and the hood. The painted dials has illustrations of a ruined coastal abbey to the arch and follies to the corners, 78 1/8'' high x 20'' wide x 10'' deep approx.
