ARCHIBALD KAY RSA, RSW (SCOTTISH 1860-1935) LOCH ACHRAY AND BEN VENUE Oil on canvas, signed, 61 x 91.5cm (24 x 36") T. & R. Annan & Sons Ltd label verso Condition Report: There is a significant amount of light to moderately heavy cracking in the pigment over the top half section of the canvas with small areas of what appear to be retouching and the pigment is starting to lift and curl in areas. There is cracking evident to a lesser degree within much of the lower right hand quarter section. Within the lower left hand quarter section there are areas of cracking with the result of paint flaking off from the canvas surface.
•NANCY JANE BURTON RSW (SCOTTISH 1891-1972) FARMYARD GOAT IN SUNSHINE; WINTER LANDSCAPE; HORSES Watercolour, signed initials ('Horses' unsigned), 24 x 24cm (9 1/2 x 9 1/2"), 26.5 x 37.5cm (10 1/2 x 14 3/4"), 19 x 34cm (7 1/2 x 13 1/4") (3) Condition Report: There is a small area of light foxing near the left edge at middle in the watercolour 'Horses', but this apart the three watercolours are in good condition.
•NANCY JANE BURTON RSW (SCOTTISH 1891-1972) BLACK FACE SHEEP Oil on board, 24 x 34cm (9 1/2 x 13 1/4") Bears title inscription verso Condition Report: There are 3 small areas of damage to the surface located top middle and left with some spots of mildew evident in the area in proximity to the top right hand corner. There is the odd light dirty mark here and there over the surface area and the board appears to be slightly concave in manner.
•GREGOR IAN SMITH (SCOTTISH 1907-C.1985) FALLING LIGHT; GLEN FRUIN Oil on panel board, 29 x 39cm (11 1/2 x 15 1/4") (2) Inscribed with Artist's name ('Falling Light') and inscribed with title on label ('Glen Fruin') verso Condition Report: In 'Falling Light' there are two small areas of paint loss in the top left hand quarter section and in 'Glen Fruin' there are a few small dirty marks located in the top right hand quarter section, but generally the condition of both paintings is reasonably fair.
MANNER OF ALBERT CUYP ( DUTCH 1620-1691) PIPING SHEPHERDS Oil on canvas, 61.5 x 80.5cm (24 1/4 x 31 3/4") Condition Report: The painting has been lined. On close inspection stretcher bar marks are visible at each edge and fairly light cracking in the pigment is evident over almost the entire surface area. The surface varnish is discoloured and there are generally small marks and marks where slight damage with paint loss has occurred.
•ERIC SLATER (BRITISH 1896-1963) AUTUMN Coloured woodblock, signed, inscribed with title and dated 1927, 21.5 x 16.5cm (8 1/2 x 6 1/2") Condition Report: Light foxing is apparent in the margins and in the area of sky within the left hand section. The paper has been stuck down around the edges on to board. Slight discolouration noticeable in the margins.
•KATHERINE CAMERON RSW, RE (SCOTTISH 1874-1965) MISTLETOE Watercolour, pencil and gouache, signed, 33 x 25.5cm (13 x 10") The Fine Art Society PLC label verso Condition Report: On close inspection the colour and type of paper used is making it difficult to make a distinction from that and a suggestion of very light foxing. There is what appears like light paper discolouration located down the upper left half near the edge of the paper and down most of the right half near the edge of the paper. . .

There is light foxing evident around the margins, being slightly heavier and more noticeable in the upper section of the right hand margin. On close inspection there is very light foxing apparent in the lower right hand quarter section. . NIGHT IN ELY CATHEDRAL:. The etching appears to be in good condition with no significant issues to report.

There is a larger chip to the underside. Second tile is chipped to base rim. December with black ground - light chip to base rim. May - top tile has a chip to bottom corner. Second tile is chipped to top right and bottom left. All tiles have crazing.

Late 19th century bow-fronted glazed display cabinet, 168cm x 115cm x 45cm.. Glass no damage found, some may have been replaced but impossible to tell, structurally sound but door is a little stiff, scratches and light wear throughout due to use, slight variation of colour due to sunlight, two glass shelves.
