AN EARLY 20TH CENTURY NATURAL SALTWATER PEARL GRADUATED SINGLE ROW PEARL NECKLACE, accompanied by a pearl report from the Gemmological Certificate Services (GCS), dated 24/10/2019, the report states the pearls to be natural saltwater, sizes ranging from 2.4mm - 6.2mm, necklace measuring approximately 470mm in length, strung plain to an old European cut diamond set clasp, estimated total diamond weight 0.75ct, approximate gross weight 10.3 gramsThe pearl necklace is in good condition it would benefit from being restrung. I would say there is some variation in colour between the pearls. Colours ranging from silvery white, white, light cream to darker cream. The surface of the pearls – generally clean, some very small pitting on some and some light ringed marks on some visible with the 10 x lens. General surface wear in keeping with general wear and age. I don’t believe these pearls to be treated and that’s not mentioned on the report either

A Chinese carved hardwood low jardinière stand late 19th, early 20th century, with inset shaped rouge marble top and carved pierced foliate apron, cabriole legs raised on shaped feet, 15in. (38cm.) diameter and standing 16in. (40.8cm.) high. *Condition: Marble insert good, upper wooden top having split next to one join, foliate apron with movement between legs, light surface wear.

A large Chinese export porcelain blue and white charger late 18th century, painted with a pagoda beneath a rocky outcrop on the shore of a lake, the border painted with four floral sprays, 15 1/8in. (38.5cm.) diameter, rim chip. *Condition: Chip to rim, with much smaller chip nearby. Light glaze scratching to well. No other faults.
