A collection of Chinese green hardstone a pair of earrings of pierced Chinese gold in the shape of peaches carved with the symbol for longevity with a small mottled light green hardstone to the screw back earring fitting, together with a green hardstone foliate carved pendant of striated dark and light green hardstone with yellow metal pendant loop and terminal.
Four pairs of velvet interlined curtains, the plain ground with green and yellow silk edging CONDITION REPORTS Length approx. 230 cm, width approx. 180 cm. Overall with some general wear and dirt, some slight fading, overall condition appears reasonable. These appear to be medium/light weight. Fibre content not known - the curtains could be of mixed fibres which may or may not include cotton. The pile is not completely smooth and is similar to a chenille. In our opinion the fabric does have a feel similar to that of a cotton velvet.
A pair of green velour lined curtains CONDITION REPORTS Length approx. 260 cm, width approx. 220 cm. Overall with some general wear, but overall appear in reasonable order. These appear to be medium/light weight. Fibre content not known - the curtains could be of mixed fibres which may or may not include cotton - in our opinion they do have a feel similar to that of cotton velvet.
A late 19th / early 20th Century Chinese porcelain jar and cover, the sides decorated with a landscape with figures with cranes in flight, the base with two concentric ring marks CONDITION REPORTS Light general wear and a few scuffs, quite a few blemishes and rough areas to the tree decoration and areas of loss to the tree decoration, lid appears slightly too big for the base although the lid does appear to bear the same decoration as the base. Total height including lid and finial approx. 17 cm.
A large bone china plaque painted by M Holloway, titled "Highland Cattle at Balmoral to mark The Golden Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II 1952-2002", inscribed "Hand-painted on fine bone china by Milwyn Holloway Edition of 10... Number 6", in gilt frame CONDITION REPORTS Size of plaque approx 29 cm x 44 cm. Overall some very light general wear and dirt but generally appears in good condition.
Six Royal Albert Beatrix Potter figures comprising "Timmy Willie from Johnny Townmouse", "Lady Mouse", "Hunca Munca sweeping", "John Joiner", "Mr. Benjamin Bunny and Peter Rabbit" and "Little Pig Robinson spying" (6) CONDITION REPORTS Light general wear and some crazing to glaze, but otherwise appear sound.

A Parian ware bust of Napoleon, stamped "R & L", together with a Parian ware bust of Edward VII, inscribed "W.C. Lawton Sculpt Nov....." and " R & L" CONDITION REPORTS Napoleon - height approx. 20 cm, overall with light general wear, scuffs and dirt, some small frits and chips around base, small firing fault/firing crack around top of plinth. Edward VII - height approx. 28 cm, overall with general wear, scuffs and dirt, hole drilled to top of head, three holes drilled to socle base, some firing faults and cracks to base.
A Victorian pine farmhouse kitchen table with single end drawers on cream painted base CONDITION REPORTS Size approx. 88 x 135 cm. Overall with some general wear and scuffs, scratches and marks to the top, base appears to be relatively newly painted and although has some light wear and scuffs generally appears in reasonable condition.
A Staffordshire figure of Jemmy Wood, 28cm (11") high/Note: this has been handed down the Wood family/Literature: see P D Gordon Pugh, Staffordshire Figures, plate 16, section G Condition Report: Firing crack to front of neck and part way up right side of head. Hair crack to side of the white plinth he is leaning on - along seam. Crazing and light staining to crazing visible to white areas.
A silver pin tray, Sheffield 1865, of flowerhead form with beaded rim and presentation inscription, a napkin ring and an eastern white metal handle Condition Report: Napkin ring - bent and silver torn, poor. Pin tray – wear to marks and inscription, slight bend to rim, light scratches. White metal handle – In two sections, slight bends to metal. This looks to be part of something else.
Four silver table spoons, various dates and makers, approximately 265gm Condition Report: Fiddle pattern – Marks distinct, initialled O to terminal. Old English pattern by Hester Bateman – Slight bend to bowl, light scratches. Old English pattern by William Bateman – Marks distinct, initialled HB in scrolling letters to terminal. Old English pattern by Peter & William Bateman – Wear to tip of bowl, makers mark slightly rubbed, initialled O to terminal. Otherwise condition of all the spoons is in line with age and usage.
A George III silver salver, John Parker & Edward Wakelin, London 1775, with gadroon border and set on three scroll feet, later inscribed as a racing trophy and with results to the underside, 40.5cm (16") diameter, approximately 1730gm Condition Report: Later engraved ‘The Peter Hamer Memorial Trophy’ and with winners 1992-2002 engraved to underside. Light scratches. Clear marks and scratchweight.
Great Britain. 1938-51 Control block collection in blue Paragon stockbook, all in blocks of six, most appearing to be unmounted mint. Dark colours from 3d to 1/- only with (for example) eight different blocks of the 7d, four of the 8d, three of the 9d and ten of the 10d. Just a couple of the 1941-2 light colours, then a range of the 1950-2 changed colours to 2½d only. Some varieties noted, 124 blocks
