A Suzani style applique wall hanging, possibly from North Africa, the mid brown field with rows of riders on horseback, elephants and birds framed by a palm tree border, 126cm x 124cm CONDITION REPORT: Overall condition is fair. Some discolourations, possible from old moth treatment as pictured. Corners and sides fair. Slight tear and hole to one border. Fabric remnant to the hole in place as pictured. Some green thread stitching, possibly later to some figures. Scattered light spotting. Fabric a little dry but not brittle.
A circular cut glass footed bowl with diamond, foliate and scale decoration on a lemon-squeezer base, 21cm high, together with four oval bowls and a small circular footed bowl with down turned rim CONDITION REPORT: The larger oval pair of bowls each with some chipping to the shaped rim but to a lesser extent.Centre bowl with some usual chipping to corners of base. A couple of chips to top rim but not many.Small bowl with downturned rim in good condition.Smaller pair of oval bowls (smoky)- one has half of a leaf crenellations broken off and chips of various sizes to the rest of both bowls. the tallest bowl with some chipping to corners on foot. The smaller bowl in good condition. The earlier pair of oval bowls with some chipping to the raised rims, the later pair with only some light scattered chipping to rims.
An Aubusson style Tapestry, the soft brown field centred by a circular floral wreath rose medallion, framed by an aubergine border, 170cm x 170cm CONDITION REPORT: The tapestry is likely european, late 19th / early 20th century. The tapestry is felt backed and all over in good condition with some wear and old repairs. Repairs are mainly scattered throughout the border as pictured. There are some minor areas of light marking and discolouration as pictured. Edges are good with a little scattered wear to the dark outer guardstripe.
A Victorian turned wood and painted truncheon, black painted with a painted crown above the VR monogram and a red cartouche lettered 'South Holland', with a starburst flourish to the obverse, with a tapered stained wood handle, 48cm long/Note: South Holland is in Lincolnshire CONDITION REPORT: Knocks, scuffs, bumps, light abrasions and scratches scattered throughout. The painting bright but showing damage as pictured. The turned wooden handle with paint residue but predominately worn off. The top and base showing holes from the turner's lathe.
A pair of late 19th Century oak single bedsteads with leaf and scroll carved headboards, the footboards carved bucolic scenes, the headboards 124cm high, the footboards 69cm high, 106.5cm wide CONDITION REPORT: Overall good condition with some fading, scuffs and marks commensurate with age and use. Some light knocks to edges of moulding and carving. Some evidence of spillages and consequent discolouration in areas as pictured. Separate metal L shaped side rails with slight corrosion but secure. No wooden side rails.
A large 19th Century Spanish oak dresser, the superstructure with a moulded cornice above two plate shelves with shaped aprons, the base with shallow relief scroll carving and two panel doors with projecting scroll feet, 195.5cm wide, 53cm deep, 204cm high CONDITION REPORT: All over wear and scuffs commensurate with age and use. Upper section possibly associated. The superstructure with some sun fading to area, in particular the shelf edges. Old repairs of shelf mouldings where screws or dowels had been fitted. Parts of the scroll work on the uprights the superstructure has been replaced, restored. Top of sideboard with some fading, rung marks and scratches. A light split to the back right of top. Sides of base more heavily scuffed and left side with a small crack. Light crack to moulding around door panel. One piece of half circle moulding missing to base. Interior with one shelf and rustic. Later locks fitted, two keys present.
A Copeland part dinner and coffee service, Luneville pattern, comprising of two circular tureens, a cover, two lozenge pie dishes, square bowl, two platters, sauce boat, twenty-one dinner plates, ten starter plates, seven dessert plates, eight side plates in two sizes, eleven dessert bowls, salt & pepper, butter boat, two teapots and covers, milk jug, breakfast cup, three saucers, five coffee cups and saucers and a French Luneville part service of the same design to include three salad crescents, oval dish, four soup plates, four dinner plates, four dessert plates, another plate and two ribbon plates CONDITION REPORT: one pie dish with a hairline crack to the rim and with a footrim chip. The other pie dish with a small chip to the underside of the rim. Both with light staining. Tureens, cover and platters are in good condition. Square bowl in good condition, light staining. Both boats in good condition. Salt and pepper in good condition. Ribbon plates in good condition. Oval dish with a rim chip and stained. Salad crescents good. 3 dinner plates each with a single chip to the underside of the rim. 2 soup plates cracked. 2 rimless bowls chipped and one cracked. 1 dessert bowl with repaired rim chip and crack. 1 side plate cracked. 3 starter plates with rim chips and one with a footrim crack, another three with stained crazing. Both teapots in good condition. 1 coffee saucer with a faint hairline crack, the other cups and saucers in good condition.

Back hinge cracked, cover bumped and light edge-wear Inscribed to Iris Gabriella Bruce from Florentia Maria Crawsley (?). Frontispiece and tissue and title page. 27 pasted colour plates.
A brass floor standing reading light, with green glass shade, 159cm high CONDITION REPORT: Mid 20th century. Overall good condition, some patination overall with light scuffs and scratches. A few bumps and scuffs to base. Adjustable mechanism of arms functional. The item has been PAT tested prior to the sale and is working. Glass shade good. Leaf decorated rosette by shade with some of the brass leaves bent.

Later velvet upholstered with some pressure marks, wear and staining.Third chair with two small losses to caning on the outside of one arm as pictured approx 8x8cm. Crack to carving to below seat on the front of the chair and centre section thereof cracked and detached. Some wear commensurate with age and use. Some light fading, scuffs and wear to the wood and carving from sun exposure. Later velvet upholstered loose cushions with some pressure marks, wear and staining.
An Edwardian three piece silver tea service, John Henry Potter, Sheffield 1907, comprising a tea pot, a milk jug and a two handled sugar bowl, semi-gadrooned, with ebony finial and handle, approximately 472g in total CONDITION REPORT: generally sound, light wear and scratches in line with age and usage. Teapot marks quite worn and the tip of handle at join looks a bit split/repaired, wobbly.

A George III satinwood and burr yew serpentine front chest of four long drawers, the top with a central oval and crossbanded kingwood border, with ovals set to each end, the graduated drawer fronts each inlaid a rectangular panel with canted corners, raised on square splay feet, 107cm wide, 55cm deep, 85cm high CONDITION REPORT: All over wear, scuffs and scratches and some veneer losses. The top with veneer movement and light cracks, the stringing lifting in parts and crossbanding with some veneer losses and lifting. Left side with raised lifted area of satinwood veneer and cracked. Areas of veneer loss to feet revealing pine carcass. Losses to moulding of angled uprights. Several other movement cracks. Right side with veneer movements and cracks, losses and wear to both feet. Losses to moulding of angled uprights.The back fitted later with two metal L brackets and further wood supports glued on to back and under sides of top. Drawers stiff on runners, losses to drawer surround mouldings and beading, lower drawer with veneer cracking and lifting. Later handles, locks appear original, kingwood banding between drawers with wear and losses.
A cut glass horn-shaped scent bottle with silver mounts, a cylindrical example similar, a lime green glass bottle of waisted form and a green and a blue double bottle with gilt metal mounts (5) CONDITION REPORT: the two clear-glass bottles are lacking their stoppers and have some dents to the silver covers. The blue bottle has both stoppers, a scratch to the side and some minute chipping to the facet edges. The green bottle is lacking one of the stoppers, the glass is in good condition except for one light scratch to the side. The waisted bottle has a stuck stopper and a dented/misshaped silver cover, the glass is mostly in good condition but has a small chip to the footrim and a couple to the sides.
A lignum vitae wassail bowl and cover, 17th Century, the cover with urn finial and holes for dipping-cup pegs, 23cm diameter, x 26cm high CONDITION REPORT: Crack in base but stable. Scuffs and scratches commensurate with age and use. Lid with old crack as pictured around centre and underside of lid canvas backed. Three drilled holes to lid. Some wear to finial and light old chips. Upper edge of square moulding to edge of lid with some chips.

Scattered spotting to front cover has bleached cloth. Paste-down and endpapers foxed. Hinges repaired with tape but cracked to later pages. Pages finger-marked and light smudges in part with a little foxing to some plates. Tape residue to hinges of endpapers.

Some light wear to the edges of the board. Clear wear, cracking and loss to the gilt composite frame.

There are very noticeable ring stains to the top. Veneer lifting and flap moulding to the border missing. Chips and splitting veneer noticeable throughout
