BOBBY STORY - THE STORYTELLER (PROUD RECORDS PR-1001). The rare 1982 LP from big Bobby Patterson (Proud Records PR-1001). The record is in well presented Ex condition with just a couple of rather light paper/scuff markings with certainly no scratches. The sleeve is in top Ex+ condition, still housed in its shrink, there is just a little edgewear.
DON BLACKMAN - S/T (ARISTA GRP 5509 PROMO). The wicked eponymous LP from the Farfisa master! This is the original US promo on Arista (black text/white labels GRP 5509). The record is in clean Ex condition with only a few rather light and minor hairline markings. Complete with printed paper inner. The sleeve is in quality Ex+ condition and is still housed in the original shrink.
THE KELLY BROTHERS - SWEET SOUL (US ORIGINAL EXCELLO 8007). Hey Lawdy Mama, The Kelly Brothers Are Just Too Much! Indeed, how about this sweet condition original US (mono) pressing on Excello (LP 8007). The record is in very strong and glossy Ex condition with just, perhaps a couple very light paper scuff markings. The sleeve is in stunning Ex+ condition and is incredibly still in the original shrink! Smashing stuff here.

Titles are Take A Look (LP-9302 with deep grooved labels both sides, red/white label design on the left side in 'IR Imperial' unboxed original - top Ex record with just a couple of extremely faint markings/Ex+ a wonderful sleeve with just a little wear to the bottom edge) and Wish Someone Would Care (LP-9266 US mono original with same label design; deep grooved labels with red/white label design in 'IR Imperial' unboxed - Ex very clean with just a few light scuff marks running with the groove/VG+ sleeve with some light tape residue along the top edge, no seam splits).

Titles are Yes We Can (Polydor 2489-006 - VG+ a few light surface marks/VG+ nice sleeve, there is a small paper tear from a circular sticker on the front), The Best Of Lee Dorsey (lovely 1965 comp on Sue ILP 924 - Ex with only a couple of quite light marks, slightly faded/VG+ a well presented sleeve) and Working In The Coal Mine - Holy Cow (SL 10192 - VG+ some scuff markings - VG+/VG+).
BOBBY BLAND LPs. A flavourful selection of 3 x original UK pressing LPs. Titles are A Touch Of The Blues (Island 1st black/orange bullseye ILP 974, side 1 is VG+ with some light hairline markings, perhaps most noted on tracs A1 and 2, please note side 2 is graded as G with a heavy scratch on the last track which causes several jumps/VG solid sleeve with some staining on the reverse), A Piece Of Gold (Action ACLP 6006 - nice clean Ex condition record/Ex clean sleeve with a little laminate wear) and Ain't Nothing You Can Do (Vocalion VA-P 8027, clean and neat Ex/Ex copy).
SUE RECORDS - 60s COMPS/LPs. Providing the full story with this wonderful selection of 6 x LPs featuring 5 x always tricky to locate 60s comps. LPs are The Wallace Brothers - Soul Connection (ILP-950 - glossy VG+ with a couple of light surface marks/VG solid condition 'matte' sleeve with shelf/edgewear though no rips or tears), The Sue Story (ILP-925 - VG/VG+ and London/Sue comp HAC 8239 - VG+/VG+), Volume Two (ILP 933 - solid VG/VG copy), Volume 3 (ILP 938 - G+ copy) and Soul '66 (ILP 934 - Ex/VG).
THE SOUL SISTERS - S/T LP (SUE ILP 913). Another Sue classic with this essential LP from Tresia Cleveland and Ann Gissendanner (UK 1964 original ILP 913). The record is in clean VG+ condition with a few, rather light surface markings that are really only apparent on side 1. The sleeve is in lovely Ex condition with some light laminate to the front; the reverse flipback is in great order.
(SOUL) - ISLAND RECORDS 60s COMPS. From one Chris Blackwell brainchild to another, here we have 3 x killer LPs! Titles are Doctor Soul (ILP 943 - nice Ex record/VG+ neat sleeve), The Unfolding Of The Book Of Life (1LP-993 - VG+ slightly faded and a couple of light scuffs/VG+ some shelf wear) and Club Soul (ILP 964 - well presented VG+/VG+ with some light ringwear on the reverse).
THE CRYSTALS - HE'S A REBEL LP (UK LONDON/PHILLIES HA-U 8120). Pull up a chair and meet The Crystals! Here's the original UK pressing too issued on London American Series (purple/silver labels HA-U 8120 with 'Made In England' at the 12 O'clock position). The record is in well presented VG+ condition with a couple of rather light surface markings on side 1 with a few light scuff marks on side 2. Nice clean labels with some spindle markings. The sleeve is in cool Ex condition with some minor laminate wear to the front where there is slight discolouration on the opening edge and (again, only slight) discolouration on the reverse.

Seven British Official Photographs c1918 showing search light and gun emplacements on the South Coast, air ships, a trench practice area marked '85:R:2877 Bushey 24.4.18-12', two of flying aircraft taken from the air and one reconnaissance photograph of railway sidings, each 20 x 15cm approximately, sent by John Cartwright RFC/RAF to his father, in Ministry of Information envelope postmarked 5 Nov 1918.

A Black Forest carved table top inkwell, modelled as a naturalistic oak tree with lattice work pen rest, two ceramic ink pots and lift off lid carved with nesting birds, 38 cm x 18 cm x 18 cm highseveral small chips and cracks to the wooden decoration, one to the wing of a bird and another to the edge of two leaves. Multiple light scuffs and scratches. No apparent restoration.

Two early 19th Century Chinese famille rose ginger jars and covers, 16 cm highOne lid has multiple chips to the edge and the other has been broken and repaired. Several small chips to the decoration with rubbing to the gilt. Colours still bright. Two hairline cracks to the rim of one jar. Both would benefit from a clean, light pitting and small areas of scratching. Rubbing to bases.
A 19th century Davenport stoneware part tea services, Apple Blossom pattern, including tea pot, sugar bowl and cover etcHairline crack to the bowl. All have light crackling and pitting to the glaze. Large chip to the rim of the milk jug and underside of the sugar bowl lid. Small chips to the rim of the sugar bowl and teapot lid. Areas of loss to the glaze. Teapot handle has been broken and repaired. One cup is chipped and cracked. Unable to photograph all numbers.

One panel of clover leaves has a distinct crack and others have faint hairline cracks. Still sturdy. Several light scratches. Would benefit from a clean. Areas of pitting and bubbling to the glass. No apparent restoration. Colours still bright.
A pair of telescopic silver plated candlesticks, a part silver dressing table set, a string of Mikimoto graduated cultured pearls, cased, and various other items of silver plateNo logo on the pearls but they are in an original box and the front of the clasp matches Mikimoto patterns. The clasp is missing the central pearl and the back has been replaced and is stamped 9ct. Would benefit from a clean, some pearls have light scuffs and scratches. No obvious cracks or breakage, potentially been re-strung. Measures 54 cm.

Shooting, a 19th Century English, 410, SBS double barrel hammered shotgun, with chequered grip and central section cut away poachers stock, together with a Baikal, SBS 12 bore shotgun (2)410: Light surface discolouration to breach area. Barrels bluring quite good with minor scratches. Rub mark to the underside. Action works well. Some marks, dents and scratches to the stock. Baikau: All metalwork in fair condition- no pitting. Repair to stock in grip area, marks and scratches.
