Luftwaffe Single Decal M40 Pattern Steel Combat Helmet, retaining much of the original paint finish to the exterior of the shell. Complete with the original Luftwaffe eagle decal to the side. Interior of the helmet has the original light tan leather liner and the original leather chinstrap. Just above the decal is a small indentation probably caused by a bullet or shrapnel. Swastika to the decal is worn.
Frame of British Regimental Cap Badges, consisting of various regiments and periods including Grenadier Guards, Coldstream Guards, Scots Guards, Irish Guards, Welsh Guards, 4th Gurkhas, Royal Dublin Fusiliers, Connaught Rangers, Royal Irish Fusiliers, Highland Light Infantry, Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, Manchester Regiment, North Stafford Regiment, Durham Light Infantry, Middlesex Regiment, Notts & Derby, The Welsh Regiment, Wiltshire Regiment, Dulwich & District Defence League Volunteers, plus others. Generally good condition. (39 items) Badges have not been removed from the board or inspected, so possibly some restrike badges.
Selection of WW1 Shoulder Titles, mostly being slip on types, consisting of printed Suffolk, pair of woven Suffolk, pair of embroidered Border, embroidered Durham Light Infantry, printed York & Lancaster, embroidered Hants and an unusual Royal West Kent embroidered black on khaki shoulder title. Pre War 4th Light Artillery Regiment Breast Badge, white metal and enamel breast badge with central horse shoe having a number 4 to the centre with red enamel backing. Green and black enamelled scroll to the lower section, 1918 P.A.P 1920. Screw post fitting to the reverse and makers marked dish.
WW2 Italian Fascist Insignia, consisting of bullion Artillery officers headdress badge, smaller bullion Artillery officers headdress badge, brass 2nd Light Infantry headdress badge, bullion Artillery officers shoulder board, Engineer officers shoulder board, gilt metal collar badge with Fasces with bugle on top and two items of uniform rank insignia. WW2 Polish Officers Service Dress Tunic with Tel-Aviv Tailors Label, four pocket service dress tunic with yellow edged green felt collar patches. Direct bullion embroidered two rank stars to the shoulder straps. Embroidered POLAND nationality shoulder titles to the arms with bullion embroidered 8th army formation sign and base HQ 2nd corps bullion embroidered formation sign. The tunic has hollow back white metal Polish eagle buttons. To the breast is press stud fittings for large medal ribbon. Interior has large Tel-Aviv tailors label. Interior lining remains in good condition showing just light service wear.

A William Moorcroft Florian Ware Tea-For-One set, made for James Macintyre comprising teapot, milk jug, twin handled sugar bowl and cup and saucer, green painted initials and Macintyre Florian Ware mark to base (Ex Christies Lot 29 October 1998). Condition report: The tea set is in very good condition with no visible damage. There is some light crazing overall, commensurate with age.
A pair of elegant Georgian-style mahogany hall chairs, probably 18th Century The carved scrolled and shaped backs painted with coats of arms, probably for the Caldwell family, above dished seats and curvaceous 'X' shaped supports, united by stretchers, underside to one chair bearing old printed label 'C.F. Chinnery Ltd, Southport'. An Edwardian carved solid oak tall corner cabinet, bearing trade plaque for Simpson & Sons, Halifax The carved and moulded cornice above foliate carved frieze and leaded light paneled stained glass cupboard door, flanked on either side by foliate carved panels, with open recess beneath above the deep frieze drawer, applied with oversized cast brass drop ring handle, and a carved and fielded panelled cupboard door beneath, flanked on either side by carved and fielded panels, raised on four turned bun feet, width approx 86cm.

No evidence of break, chips to varnish, soundboard in tact.
